In my 20s, I worked hard, only sleeping about three hours a day. After nearly 10 years of working, I realized that working hard for money wasn't for me.

So I started looking for other lifestyles and became interested in two things: one was a self-sufficient life in the countryside, and the other was long-distance hiking.

As for self-sufficient life, I did a one-month workaway in Turkey in 2022 and lived with a self-sufficient family for about half a year in Japan in 2023.

In terms of hiking, since 2022 I have hiked a total of over 5,000 kilometers on hiking trails all over the world.

I am looking forward to what kind of experience I can have this year.
