Description
In my 20s, I worked hard, only sleeping about three hours a day. After nearly 10 years of working, I realized that working hard for money wasn't for me.
After that, I started looking for other lifestyles and became interested in self-sufficient life in the countryside.
With no background in self-sufficiency, I believed that learning by doing was the only way to go.
Then I volunteered at an off-grid farm for 6 month in Japan. I built a small hut from the foundation, so I know how to use basic carpentry tools and power tools.
While pursuing self-sufficient life, naturally I get very interested in permaculture, organic farming, animal husbandry, natural building and food forests etc...
In other words, I am interested in everything related to self-sufficient life.
Thanks to workaway and great hosts, I volunteered at farms for
Turkey (4 weeks)
India (12 weeks)
Kazakhstan (3 weeks)
Bulgaria (6 weeks)
Greece (2 weeks)
Malaysia (2 weeks)
in 2024.
Then I started growing vegetables at my little garden and was able to produce 80% of my own vegetables in 2025.
That was so fun!!
Now, I would like to experience self-sufficient life in various countries around the world again.
I am eager to contribute and learn a lot in your farm.

The off-grid systems they've built-including the irrigation, water, and electricity-are truly impressive. Everything was so seamless and comfortable that I wouldn't have even known it was off-grid if they hadn't told me.
