Victoria, a very pleasant person, who adapts easily, she knows how to cook, garden, paint, do crafts, and she takes care of children very well, we were delighted to have her with us, thank you Victoria

I lived with this wonderful family for 3 weeks and I had the best viennese experience, Alexandra is a really gentle soul, always open to help you to explore the city and to share her knowledge about the Austrian life. I had also the opportunity to know her mother (who can speak so many languages!), her friends and neighbours and everyone was so nice :) The children are really polite and respectful and they can also communicate in English, wich is helpful sometimes if you're german is not perfect 😉. The place is well connected to the city center and Vienna has a LOT to offer. The tasks are really easy: play with Muriel, Lela and Nika and do some house tasks like cooking, cleaning and laundry. Wich was very easy because Alexandra has a very tidy apartment. I'm really happy to have met such wonderful people and hope to see you again in the future, Auf Wiedersehen! :)

Arnau and Mitty were super nice, they helped me put a floor in my cabin, they worked much more than they needed to which i was really greatful for. Their attitude was fantastic, lots of youthful energy and good vibes. I absolutely recommend them.

I have to say that coming to Ksenja's farm was one of the best decisions. I spent there 3 weeks in November and I really fell in love with this place. The location is really beautiful and peaceful just near the forest. The house is small but really cozy. And of course the animals were the most loving and cute creatures which I miss the most. It was my very first time working on a farm and it was a great experience for me. I enjoyed feeding the animals and spending time with the neighbours. They are really friendly and always help whenever you need something. Ksenja has a really big heart for animals and is a very warm and kind person. Thank you for an amazing time and I hope to see you again :)

Mica has been a great help working on the maintenance on my boat. With no experience she did everything precisely as told and did an excellent job. We worked very well together and had a great time. I wish her well in the future, and she'll always be welcome back.

We SO enjoyed hosting Emilio, Samantha, and Eva! They are a sweet and vibrant family who showed us their kindness, flexibility, and joy in every interaction. They came in their own motorhome while traversing the US and are the perfect mix of independent and inclusive. They fit right in with our little tribe and were always willing to help out. They were fantastic helpers in the kitchen, shoveled snow, and did some manual labor like helping to construct a fence. They are great communicators and clean, conscientious guests, and we were honored to host them.

Kelaa stole my heart! i planned to only come for two weeks but extended twice because i enjoyed it so much! the apartment is moroccan style quaint and with a little love very enjoyable. the school was super lovely and very chill with the schedule. i really recommend giving it a try i had a great time and made some really good friends:)

What a magnificent experience! We were welcomed by Moon and Mati as part of the family, the time spent with them was always excellent because they are kind, creative and surprising people. We had a very good time here, we worked together, sometimes ate together, we went to the beach and tried the slackline :) The place is simply a corner of paradise, inhabited by two beautiful souls. I‘ve been 1 month here and really enjoyed my time! 🥰 It has become a little family and I‘m happy to return! The working hours are fair and chill, there are a lot of events happening and you will get to know the culture of oaxaca simply by being here and enjoying their offers ✨ Ivonne is a very thoughtful and attentive manager who treats you on eye-level and allows you to bring your own creative spark into the game 🦋 All the Best & hasta pronto! 🤍

I had the most amazing five weeks with Alex and Greg. They are such amazing hosts and truly made me feel like i was part of the family. I felt very comfortable in Roujan and the apartament that the helpers live in. The other workers became my family and I still talk to them almost everyday. I am so grateful for these connections as I now feel like I have little family in Europe. The work was pretty easy, mostly gardening and tidying rooms. The region is really lovely and the ability to see the other nearby cities is great. If you’re thinking of spending a summer here I couldn’t recommend it enough. Once again, Alex and Greg thank you so much. I will always have the most wonderful memories of 5&7.

Robyn and I were just about to book travel home to the UK when we were contacted by Emma. Such a stroke of fortune. From our first conversations on here and then in a video call it was clear that Emma embodies the best of workaway hosts. Open, generous, engaged and supportive of her workawayers. Upon our arrival Emma took the time out to give us a great tour of the local area, pointing out hikes, beautiful wild places - and other places to eat and drink. This was completely uncalled for, but set us up for such a lovely Christmas. The care and attention taken to produce a booklet alongside all of this is just more evidence of Emma's generosity. Ruff and Truffle, the two furry friends, were great companions for our little Christmas break. The house is beautiful. The walks in the Comeragh and the along the coast were stunning. So many superlatives. We look forward to an opportunity to come back and stay with Emma again. A little slice of heaven sandwiched between mountain and sea. Next time we hope we can spend more time with Emma too!

Kira & Fanya are very nice women with lots of energy. They stayed with us for only 1 week, we would have liked to have had them at home more. They helped us with the creation of a stone labyrinth, with landscaping and creating a beautiful painting for the project. We loved having them at home sharing music, bonfires, conversations and good vibes

Iva es una mujer con muy buena energía, bien tranqui y buena onda. Estuvo con nosotros 2 semanas compartiendo y ayudándonos. Nos sentimos muy a gusto con ella ya que nos colaboró en la construcción del laberinto de piedra, jardinería y en la creación de un video promocional para Nuestro Proyecto. Iva tiene muy buenas ideas y un buen ojo para todo lo que es audiovisual. La recomiendo 100%

Miriam was truly helpful. She’s incredibly organized, attentive to details, communicative and always eager to lend a hand. She helped prepare a selection of cakes that were absolutely delicious. Our guests absolutely loved her, we are grateful for all of her support.

Where do we even begin? Ciro was such an amazing volunteer. Always smiling and ensuring every day was filled with laughter, thanks to his charismatic and funny personality. He truly became a vital part of our “dream team,” bringing energy and positivity to everyone around him. We wholeheartedly recommend Ciro as a volunteer and sincerely hope to see him back here someday. Ciro, thank you for your dedication, love, and the endless positivity you brought during your time with us. You made such a difference, and we are so grateful for everything you did! 💗

Ishwar, Terjal and Harry are amazing host family! Me and Žan stayed with them and it felt so good! We helped with feeding the cows and buffalos and worked on the field to prepare it for plantation of vegetables. Ishwar is really passionate about his work and purpose of spreading the knowledge about natural way of farming. Tejal is great cook, has very good energy and always makes sure you have enough food. Harry is such a good kid, funny, mature, he loves to play with his kite. All of them truly accepted us as part of the family and we are extremely grateful for this experience in more rural area of India. We learned a lot about their culture and created amazing memories - this is what travelling is all about. Thank you!!

We spent an amazing week with Juan Jo and 7 other Volunteers in Reserva Natural Valle Hermosa. Juan Jo is an incredibly knowledgeable and well-spoken man, who taught us lots about chilean history and culture. He cares deeply for nature so we also got to learn about and experience the flora and fauna of "patagonia verde" first-hand, without disturbing it. Some of our highlights include; when Juan Jo took us to see the Fjord in Hornopieren, when he gave us and the other Volunteers a "tour" through the forest and of course the party and bonfire on one of our last nights. It was a lovely evening with music, singing and amazing people. Juan Jo is an incredibly kind man, it is clear he cares about his volunteers and giving them a proper cultural exchange. We are incredibly thankful for our time with him, his friends and the other volunteers. The memories we made will stay with us forever. Thank you Ruby and Len

Namaste to the pure soul, Faezeh. Faezeh graced our home for two weeks, and her presence was truly a blessing. She tirelessly helped us clear the landslide debris, leveled the area, painted doors and windows with care, and brought cleanliness and freshness to our house. Her culinary skills were a delight, as she shared her traditional dishes, which were absolutely delicious. Most importantly, Faezeh brought more than just physical help—she brought hope to our project, joy to my daughter and mother's faces, and renewed strength to Shanta's arms. From the depths of our hearts, we see her as an angel who touched our lives. Thank you, Faezeh. Wishing you a life filled with health and happiness.
