Description
A warm welcome to our farm in Hoverberg in Jämtland. The farm's intention is that you who come here should feel happier, listen to your heart and grow as a person. Lyckan's farm is surrounded by beautiful nature and a loving warmth, which means that everyone who comes here tells us that they feel good.
We are small family that lives on the farm, it consists of me, Åshild and Arvid, my 16-year-old son and our cat Luna. My older children Edvin and Frida are grown upp and lives in the Östersund, one hour away.
Yoga and conscious presence are an important part of my life, as well as singing and music. I love my hand drums and making fires down by the lake, a hike on Hoverberget and swim for large parts of the year in Storsjön. In the winter, I love to go cross-country skiing in the mountain, while my son goes snowboarding. In the warmer part of the year I really enjoy picking wild plants and using them in cooking and healing. The farm is a small organic farm. The food prepared at our place is vegetarian and mostly organic.
I work in different ways to let people grow, where both psychology, mindfulness meditation, yoga and nature are an important part of my work.
My son loves snowboarding, camping and playing the drums. He thinks life at the farm is at its best when there are many people here. In the weeks he gos in school I Östersund and lives with his dad.
Located on a peninsula in Storsjön, which is Sweden's fifth largest lake. It has Storsjön in front and behind is the beautiful Hoverberget, which has many fine trails for hiking and Sweden's largest gorge cave. The farm is surrounded by beautiful nature and wild animals. The nearest town, Östersund is an hour away.
