    Description

    Having traveled a lot and lived many years overseas, it is my pleasure to host people from other cultures. I particularly enjoy showing people my favourite locations in this gorgeous part of New Zealand (the Coromandel Peninsula). There are some hidden gem beaches and bushwalks in the area. Please read my feedback to get an idea of the experience.

    My house has stunning views, a big garden and is not far from the beautiful surf beach of Tairua. If you'd like to learn to surf, I'd be happy yo help you out. If you are an animal lover, you will enjoy the company of my lovely dog Flojo Cleopatra. She is a lab-pointer (GSP) cross.

    Regarding help only 3 hours of help required and you shop for and prepare your own meals. I'm currently doing stays in the super comfy cabin (self contained with epic views). There are a variety of projects to do and when you are done, can unwind in lovely deck area, go sightseeing, surfing, etc.

    It's either
    -In a beautiful and comfortable house with a gorgeous view over the forest and estuary

    OR

    is in an awesome treetops cabin I've built in the lower part of the property (still up high). It's fully insulated and has everything you need including small kitchen with cooking facilities and BBQ. Your own bathroom shower is provided (the bathroom is located under the main house). This would suit couples, one single or two good friends who don't mind sharing a queen sized bed :-)

    In both cases you have limited high speed internet.
