Description
We are a fun, friendly, and welcoming family of five living alongside the river in Victoria . We currently have 6 lovely horses (3 ridden) a German shepherd, chickens, cats, sheep, cattle and pigs. We would love to host an allrounder such as feed/general care for horses, taking the kids for a horse ride in the bush, water plants, feed chickens, light cleaning duties, basic garden maintenance, entertain children for an hour after school with a craft activity or bike ride ect. This will amount to about 20 hours per week. There is always something going on and plenty of variety/time in the day for leisure activities. In exchange for your help, we offer comfortable accommodation, all meals, phone plan if needed, wifi, streaming services and the chance to be part of our country lifestyle while enjoying a beautiful Australian setting. I am happy to show you the local area and get you in touch with other aupairs/backpackers in the area.
We have hosted au pairs and helpers before and are happy to provide you with references. We value kindness, reliability, and a good sense of humour.

There is plenty of Aussie wildlife to see, and our hope is to give you a truly memorable experience of Australian farm life.

We are a busy, hands-on farming family and are always grateful for extra help.
There are many areas to get involved in depending on your interests, including helping with children, caring for horses, outside tasks, and assisting with cooking and cleaning. We value enthusiasm, a willingness to help, and a positive attitude.
