Help with the renovation projects of our home by the sea in Orebić, Croatia

  Hello everyone 👋
  
  My partner and I (🇧🇪+🇮🇷) have just reached a milestone and made one of our dreams come true: having a house in a village by the sea 🥹
  We have just started the renovation and even though Babak has experience in renovation and I am a good worker 😁, a helping hand would be welcome :-)
  The house is located in a fairly secluded area, 5 minutes walk from the beach and with the mountain at the back of the house.
  The land is filled with mandarine/citrus trees and olive trees 🍊🌿

  We're a mixed couple who's been travelling almost full time in our van or elsehow these last years so I'm sure we'll have a lot of stories to share. Babak has spent most of his life in Iran and has much to share about his country.
  If you're interested to learn some French or Persian, this is the place as well.
  
  We are lucky to have super nice croatian/bosnian neighbors around who will treat you as family :-)

  Help

  What we are looking for:
  A fit and strong person (couple welcome) to help us with the renovation. For now, it's more demolition 💪 and then it will be the classic stages of renovation.
  Building experience (carpentry, general construction skills, gardening, tiling, plumbing, etc. is a big plus :-))
  When the renovation is a bit advanced, there is also a land for which we have plenty of ideas but we're not good at gardening. So if you feel like you're able to make our garden look nice and plant some flowers/vegetables, we'd be super happy 🌿🌸
  Later on, we also have the project to make a new terrace and other things on the land :-)

  🌊🌞⛰️ A private room and bathroom, 5 minutes from the beach with an arrangement for the food.
  We eat vegetarian food. We will decide together if you eat what we prepare or if we provide a food allowance :-)

  The region is lush and beautiful. There are a lot of hikes and beautiful villages and islands around to discover in your freetime.
  The region is coastal though, so you should be aware that it is quiet during off season time :-)

  A van can be parked next to ours, under our olive trees, behind the house. Access to bathrooms inside the house as long as we aren't working on the water pipes :-)

  From February, we'll be able to accept pets 🐕🐈 There is a large land where they'll be able to play and plenty of walks around
