I consider myself an open minded, free spirited, intuitive, observer whose keen to experience and learn as much as I can in my life. I'm on a journey of self led education, Embodiment and deep healing
Growing up I was involved in swimming, surfing and all things ocean sport related..
I converted a van back in 2020 into a self contained certified campervan which I lived in while traveling and working
all around New Zealand. I'm also a passionate artist with a love for painting, drawing and many other creative pursuits which expresses my keen eye for detail and self expression. I also strongly believe in a healthy attuned mind and body with a
love for physical education and all things in holistic health and movement.
HOBBIES:
I love surfing, writing, eastern holistic strength training, swimming, deep inner work/ integration, fishing, freediving, travel, flow arts, adventure, holistic health, ido portal inspired movement practice, painting, drawing, cinematic photography and short film, the human form, ancient greek statues and ideals, music, hands on creative pursuits and going deep into oneself and deep meaningful conversations.
