    Description

Hi. I am Sandra & I have Parkinson's Disease, which is treated naturally with fava beans and homemade tinctures. My husband DB and I live on an a 4.5 acre farm, that we are trying to make into permaculture food forest. Need help for 4 hours a day Monday thru Friday, weekends off. Meals provided. I am gluten-free, (but also make gluten sourdough bread for the rest of the family) We do eat venison, eggs, fish and occasionally organic chicken or turkey and lots of vegies. Our dream is creating a farm flourishing with organically grown fruits, berries and vegetables. Workaway person would be helping with planting, weeding, mulching, digging swales, watering (manual labor), We play music at nursing homes and I use various puppets to play my mandolin to entertain them. Northeast TN is a wonderful place for hiking, kayaking , music venues, and contra dancing. There are also plays...if you like theater. Helpers must not use bad language,no drinking , or smoking or drugs, no pets. We have a small 9 year old Shitsu dog , rabbits , Muscovy ducks, chickens, and 2 female goats. We are a homestead, not a business. Would like to host fellow Christians. Please do not contact if you are not able to work outside 4 hours a day. We now have a bedroom available in the house with a twin bed and a king size bed. So, we can accommodate a single person or a couple.
