Description
Welcome.
We invite you to experience life in our beautiful village of Sarybel, located just 80 km from Kazakhstan’s capital, Astana, and 120 km from the city of Karaganda. We are a family with two children. And we will be glad to welcome our volunteers to our warm and cozy farm.
Here, you can enjoy the fresh air, open spaces, and stunning sunsets that paint the sky in mesmerizing colors.
We have several workers on our farm who receive local wages, a woman who helps around the house, her duties include cleaning, washing after guests, helping in the kitchen, and helping with all the necessary household chores. One man who helps us plant the garden and look after it, this is only a summer job. -

Help
We are farmers and would greatly appreciate any help in maintaining our fields and gardens. Your support would be invaluable in various farming tasks, as well as in everyday household chores such as cleaning, washing, cooking and ironing. During the winter season, snow removal is especially important to ensure the comfort and safety of our family and guests.
We are excited to share the secrets of Kazakh cuisine with you! You will have the opportunity to learn how to cook traditional dishes, and we would love to exchange recipes with you from your home country. This culinary experience will enrich us all and create delicious, unforgettable memories. -

We provide three home-cooked meals a day — breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Volunteers eat together with our family at one table, and we always make sure there's enough delicious and nourishing food for everyone. We value shared mealtimes as a way to connect and enjoy each other’s company.
You will be working around 4–5 hours a day, 5 days a week, with 2 days off to relax. -
