Description
We are two friends in charge of this project, working to restore this space. The place has been unoccupied for two years, so there's a lot to fix. We're looking for anyone who truly wants to beautify a place, to do something for it, and to be committed to the project. This space is located in the rural countryside of the old Mariquina Valley, alongside the Cruces River, an important tributary of the waters that flow to Valdivia, the regional capital of Los Ríos. It's part of the old apple orchards used for making traditional chicha (a fermented beverage). On the property, we have 12 horses, 30 head of cattle, 5 dogs, 5 chickens, and two cats... plus fruit trees: apple, rosehip, cherry, quince, peach, and native species like maquis, myrtle, and Chilean guava. And many more. We will work together freely, depending on the moment. The idea is for them to feel comfortable and free, spontaneous, and respectful of the original ideas of the place. They will learn about the countryside, the area, interacting respectfully with the horses and also with the cows when we milk them. We will create spaces to develop creativity: painting, woodworking, gardening—anything to express what they feel while they are here.
We are a space in recovery and restoration. Anyone who wants to help create a place here is welcome. Together, we will improve our community.
somos dos amigos a cargo del proyecto , estamos trabajando en recuperar este espacio , el lugar estuvo sin gente por dos años, entonces hay muchas cosas por reparar, el que llegue q tengas ganas de verdad en hermosear un lugar, hacer algo por el lugar comprometido con su idea, este espacio .esta inserto en el campo rural del antiguo Valle de Mariquina, acompañado por el cauce del rio Cruces importante afluente de las aguas que llegan a Valdivia, Capital Regional Los Ríos. Forma parte de las antiguas quintas de manzanas para elaboración de la chicha patrimonial.
El campo están con nosotros 12 equinos, 30 vacunos, 5 perros y 5 gallinas, y dos gatas....además arboles frutales manzanos, rosamozqueta , cerezos, membrillos, durazno y nativos maquis arrayan ,murta. Y muchos mas.
Trabajaremos juntos y libres dependiendo del momento la idea es que se sientan bien y libres espontáneos y respetando las ideas originales del lugar, aprenderán del campo , de la zona , con los caballos interactuar de formar respetuosa y también con las vacas cuando sacamos leche, generar los espacio para desarrollar la creatividad. pintura madera, jardinería todo lo que sea para expresar lo que sientan en su momento de estar acá.

The project aims to restore and revitalise the area through art and nature for a better quality of life. We have a horse riding centre, a workshop for woodwork, painting, metalwork, etc., apple cider, vegetable gardens, and cattle farming.
The artistic tasks carried out here provides an ideal environment for inspiration, photography, woodwork, painting, etc., with spaces that can be adapted for these purposes.
Help in the management and training of horses and cattle.
Feeding and caring for domestic and farm animals.
Making artisanal products such as jams, chichas, yoghurt, and milk by-products.
Harvesting domestic and native fruits and medicinal herbs. All for local consumption or for family members.
Caring for a small-scale vegetable garden.
Repairing and restoring the infrastructure of the space.

El proyecto tiene la finalidad de recuperar y activar con arte y naturaleza para un buen vivir, tenemos amanse racional de caballos , recuperar espacio de taller de madera, pintura , herrería, etc.... hay chicha de manzana, huertas, trabajo con vacunos.
el trabajo artístico del lugar es un ambiente ideal para la inspiración, fotografía, madera, pintura , etc. espacios adaptables para tales fines.
Trabajar en el manejo y entrenamiento de caballos y vacunos.
Alimentar y cuidar animales domésticos y de granja
Elaborar productos artesanales, como mermeladas, chichas, yogurt y subproductos de la leche.
Recolección de frutas domesticas y nativas, hierbas medicinales. todo para consumo local o para familiares.
Cuidado de huerta de pequeña escala.
Trabajos de reparación y restauración de la infraestructura del espacio.
