    Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

We love meeting people from different countries and sharing our culture with them. Volunteers become part of our small team and are welcome to spend time with us beyond work.

You'll have the opportunity to experience authentic Georgian hospitality, taste traditional homemade food, and learn about our customs, history, and way of life. If you're interested, we can also share knowledge about running a glamping business, tourism, hospitality, and the local nature and wildlife.

Our glamping is surrounded by beautiful forests and mountains, giving you the chance to explore one of Georgia's most scenic regions during your free time.

We also enjoy learning from our volunteers. Every guest brings new ideas, experiences, languages, and perspectives, and we believe that cultural exchange is one of the most rewarding parts of hosting people from around the world.

  • Help

    Help

We are looking for volunteers to help us with the daily operation of our glamping site.
The main responsibility is cleaning and preparing guest rooms to ensure every visitor arrives at a clean, comfortable, and welcoming space. This is the primary part of the volunteer role.
You may also occasionally help with general cleaning of common areas, gardening, or other small day-to-day activities around the property. These tasks are secondary and vary depending on the day's needs.
If you enjoy working in nature, take pride in keeping spaces clean and organized, and are happy to be part of a friendly team, we would love to welcome you!

  • Accommodation

    Accommodation

Workawayers will stay in one of our fully equipped glamping tents, located in a peaceful natural setting surrounded by forests and mountains.

    Each tent includes:

    - A comfortable double bed with a quality mattress, pillows, fresh bed linen, and blankets.
    - Electricity, lighting, and Wi-Fi.
    - Heating or cooling, depending on the season.
    - Access to modern shared bathrooms with hot showers and toilets, which are cleaned regularly.
    - Outdoor seating where you can relax and enjoy the surrounding nature.

We provide all bedding, so there is no need to bring camping equipment. This is a glamping experience, not traditional camping—you'll have the comfort of a proper bed while enjoying life close to nature.

Volunteers also have access to a shared kitchen, dining area, and common spaces where everyone can relax, cook, and spend time together. Our goal is to make sure every Workawayer feels safe, comfortable, and at home throughout their stay.

We provide three meals a day for our volunteers during their stay. Meals are simple, fresh, and mostly homemade, with a mix of traditional Georgian dishes and international food.

We enjoy eating together whenever possible, as we believe shared meals are an important part of the cultural exchange. Volunteers are also welcome to share recipes from their own countries—we always enjoy trying new flavors and learning about different cultures through food.

If schedules don't allow us to eat together, all necessary ingredients will be available, and volunteers are welcome to prepare their own meals in our kitchen.

  • What else ...

    What else ...

During your free time, you can relax in nature, swim in the pool, explore nearby forests, go hiking, or simply enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the mountains. The region is known for its beautiful landscapes, rivers, traditional villages, and local cuisine, making it a great place to discover authentic Georgia.

We usually have evenings together with conversations, music, or a barbecue, and volunteers are always welcome to join.

The nearest town is Ambrolauri, where you'll find supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, pharmacies, and ATMs. Public transport is available from Tbilisi to Ambrolauri, and we can help arrange pickup from the town if needed.

We are looking for friendly, responsible, and positive people who enjoy nature, teamwork, and meeting people from around the world. We hope you'll leave not only with great memories but also with new friends and a real experience of Georgian hospitality.
