Description
We are starting a project of gardening, following some of the philosophical principles of permaculture, situated 7 kilometres from Ribadeo.
We have some animals: chickens, rabbits, cats, also. We have one garden to achieve self-reliance with little maintenance, using many perennial vegetables, annuals, cereals, fruit trees, and berry bushes. We are starting one big food forest too using as farming paradigm the principles of Syntropic Agriculture.
We need help in many aspects: planting and propagation of plants and trees, mowing grass, taking care of the garden, feeding the animals. There are always new projects going on.Like the instalation of a greenhouse, finding a solution for some caged rabbits we have, and renew the chicken house and goose and duck house.
We welcome also long term volunteers who are open to engage into living a life that is worth to live, creating forest and providing abundance of food along the way, long term volunteers will learn a lot of theory and practice in many different subjects regarding the land.Types of help and learning opportunities

As a workawayer she was always motivated, had many ideas to improve our project and give a hand in all she could and most important we had lot of fun.
She is very independent, observant and pleasant to live with.
