Our hostel is one of the busiest and most social places on Koh Phangan, creating a unique environment where volunteers meet travelers from all over the world every day. The real cultural exchange happens naturally here. Through shared meals, events, conversations, and everyday hostel life, volunteers build friendships, gain new perspectives, and learn about different cultures.
We provide free accommodation, breakfast essentials, and access to a fully equipped kitchen. Volunteers also enjoy discounts on motorbike rentals, discounts at our bar and restaurant, free access to selected parties and taxis, free daily yoga, and other benefits that help them experience the very best of Koh Phangan during their stay.
Help
We've hosted thousands of volunteers over the years, and the vast majority leave with amazing memories, new friendships, and experiences they'll never forget. The work itself is generally straightforward, but during your shift we do expect volunteers to be responsible, attentive, and genuinely care about the guest experience.
Depending on your role and skills, your tasks may include assisting at reception, helping guests with check-ins and general information, organizing social activities, pool tournaments, playing cards and games with guests, hosting beer pong tournaments, karaoke nights, family dinners, and light cleaning of communal areas.
We're also happy to welcome volunteers with specific skills. Social media creators can help with Instagram and TikTok content, photographers and videographers can capture hostel life, yoga teachers can lead classes, artists-painters can work on creative projects, and DJs can help bring energy to our events.

Accommodation
Volunteers stay in our air-conditioned volunteer dorm alongside other volunteers. In some periods, especially when we have more than 10 volunteers, you may be accommodated in a guest dorm or another air-conditioned room within the hostel.
We also provide breakfast essentials and access to a fully equipped kitchen, along with several other volunteer benefits, to help everyone feel comfortable and at home during their stay.
What else ...
During their off time, volunteers have the opportunity to explore the enchanting island of Koh Phangan and immerse themselves in its diverse offerings. They can discover the island's temples, venture into the lush mountains, chase waterfalls hidden in the tropical jungle, and bask in the sun on its beautiful beaches. For the adventurous, there's diving, snorkeling, wakeboarding, kite surfing and Muay Thai gyms to try out. If seeking tranquility, Koh Phangan offers a spiritual and mindful environment ideal for yoga and meditation. Whether it's adrenaline-pumping adventures or serene moments by the beach, there's something for everyone to enjoy during their off time on this captivating island. Shifts are 5 hours a day, 5 days a week (different roles might have different shift deals). Couples or friends might have different shift hours or days off.

Arthur was super nice and kind person. He came with one of his friend and they were really respectful to our hostel rules. They helped with reception, welcoming guests and keeping the communal areas clean with a big smile on their faces. We always want to have them here again. Thank you!!

Edgar is an amazing guy. Super friendly and always care about everyone. He is so funny and kind. Hostel has amazing atmosphere, lots of travellers from all over the world. It was wonderful time there.
