Description
We are a civic project a culture, art & health center. initiated many years ago by Michael , privately funded, with the aim to explore new lifestyles with the emphasis on ethical, ecological & local. A leaflet Work Live & Create is available.
Legally we operate as a registered NGO
We provide only free accomodation in a unique space = 3.000m2 art enter in the former factory building, located in the Una National Park, offering the opportunity for new experiences, to do your own projects and to help us to keep the place clean and improve it. -

Bosnia, the Balkan is different to Western & Central Europe. Humanity is alive, less technoid & industrial.
here, we aim to learn, to take care for and to develop body,spirit,mind,to live ethical correct, ecological and fair.
You will learn about Bosnia through its people and the skills needed for the activity chosen will improve. -
Help
Contribute to keep the place clean and things functioning inside and around the 3.000m2 factory building, which 27 AiR have beautified and made more interesting.
Help with garden and agro-projects (corn,compost and woodmaking.
Take care for visitors, show the place and explain the project, which is to give people hope, to give people a chance.
If interested you can propose ideas or run workshops or revive the weekly table tennis playing within the workaway-time or as an additional contribution,partnership.

Accommodation
Free housing in a cool location –
8 rooms on one floor of which 2 are sleeping rooms with double bed, shared bathroom --toilette,sink and one shower (men & women toilettes downstairs) - , meeting room, library, relax & chill room, Kitchen with big eating table, Teacher's Room, Special Room. For max 8 persons,plus garden and access to Una, table tennis,Yoga matts, meditation cushions, bikes.
There is a spring near by from which we collect our drinking water .
The tap water is very good with high PH value -

We are situated in the center of the National Park Una,so biking, hiking,rafting.The are is rich in historyand has many castles, historic & cultural places.
Public transport to the provincial city Bihac,45 min away, is scare on weekends. Otherwise 3-4-times a day. -

Michael and Maja are friendly and inspiring people with many ideas and doing a lot of things all the time.
While we were there they organized a Conference about immigration so our main focus for the first few days was helping preparing for that.
