Description
Hello, everyone,
we currently live on a finca near Benifallet (Spain), on the river Ebro. So a car would be necessary.
Due to the upcoming tasks, a daily help seems to us to be the most sensible. We can talk about what amount of work is good for both sides. The idea is working for 2 hours a day - no food is provided.
The rest of the time is free time to jump in the pool, bonfire, chill, explore and sometimes cook together, etc. 😊.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to bring children with you due to the hillside location and steep terraces. You shouldn't be afraid of dogs and other animals. Also, if you want to bring your pet, it should be socialized with other animals (dogs, cats, goats, chickens).
This is a special place of power for tolerance. A place of rest and relaxation. Therefore we reject any form of extremes (political, religious, etc.).
You have enough space so that you can bring your van. If you don't have one, your accommodation in the main house is a separate room. The rest of the house has a large common room and kitchen. There is running hot water, electricity and internet access. The finca is self-sufficient thanks to its own dwell and a solar system. Gas is used for cooking.
We would like to add that the finca is very secluded in the mountains. The unobstructed view of the Ebro, breathtaking sunsets and a magnificent mountain backdrop offer nature-loving people who like peace and seclusion. Those who love hiking will be able to enjoy themselves on the 28 hectare property (olive and pine trees) and the surrounding area. The Mediterranean and other really beautiful destinations can be easily reached within an hour. This place is less recommended for people to whom shopping and restaurants are very important.
For your own mobility you basically need your own car! The driveway (approx. 600 m away) has just been revised and is passable for all vehicles. The next larger city Tortosa is about 20 minutes away by car. Within 10 minutes you can reach the next small village with a little shops, bars and friendly people.
We will be happy to receive you and show you the finca, the property, the area and our "workplace" 😊.
In addition to working together on the “Finca Rustica” project, there will be enough time to all sit around the campfire or enjoy a leisurely breakfast at the large dining table with a view of the Ebro.
The idea is welcoming many people, exchange experiences and ideas and growing a community.
We are experienced with hosting and love the concept of meeting new people.
