Hi there! We’re Agata and Adrian, a dynamic couple with a passion for architecture, art, and the great outdoors. As architects, we have a deep appreciation for design and creativity, but our interests don’t stop there—we’re also avid travelers, musicians, sports enthusiasts, and outdoor adventurers. We love immersing ourselves in new cultures and landscapes, and we’re excited to combine our skills and passions through the Workaway experience.

With our background in architecture, we bring a strong set of skills in design, construction, and spatial planning. We’re both artistic, with a love for creating beautiful and functional spaces, whether it’s through hands-on renovation work, crafting unique art pieces, or designing eco-friendly structures. Our work has given us excellent manual skills, and we’re comfortable working with tools, materials, and solving problems creatively.

Outside of architecture, we’re both very active, with a love for all kinds of sports—whether it’s hiking, running, cycling, or anything that gets us moving outdoors. We’re also passionate about music— Adrian plays the banjo, and Agata plays the piano. Music is a big part of our lives, and we enjoy sharing our love for it wherever we go, whether it’s jamming with others or teaching the basics to those interested. Additionally, Adrian is also an experienced chef, passionate about cooking and creating delicious, healthy meals. Agata has a knack for engaging young minds, making learning fun, and creating a positive, nurturing environment for kids, having experience teaching children and adults (English, piano, music theory). We’re quick learners and always eager to take on new challenges, whether it’s building, gardening, or general maintenance.

Workaway appeals to us because it combines our love for travel, cultural exchange, and meaningful work. We’re excited to connect with hosts who appreciate creativity, hard work, and a sense of adventure. When we’re not working, you’ll find us exploring new trails, capturing the beauty of nature through photography, or simply enjoying the peace and tranquility of the outdoors. We’re also big fans of cooking, trying out local cuisines, and sharing meals with new friends.

Artistic Abilities: We both have a deep appreciation for the arts and enjoy working on creative projects, whether it’s mural painting, sculpture, or crafting unique design elements. Our artistic skills complement our architectural work, allowing us to add a special touch to every project.

Culinary Expertise: Adrian worked as a professional chef and has extensive experience in preparing delicious and healthy meals. Whether it’s whipping up local specialties or creating gourmet dishes, Adrian is passionate about cooking and loves sharing this talent with others.

Teaching & Education: Agata has experience teaching children aged 5 to 18 and adults. She is skilled at creating engaging lessons, managing classrooms, and fostering a love for learning in kids of all ages. This experience extends to tutoring, organizing activities, and mentoring young minds.

Outdoor & Sports Enthusiasm: We’re both fit, active, and passionate about the outdoors. We love hiking, cycling, running, and participating in various sports. Our enthusiasm for physical activity makes us great at handling any labor-intensive tasks and contributing to projects that require energy and stamina.

Manual & Practical Skills: With our hands-on experience in both architecture and outdoor activities, we’re skilled in using tools, performing maintenance, and tackling DIY projects. We’re quick learners and adaptable, making us capable of handling a wide range of tasks, from construction to gardening.

We have a small-medium sized dog (11kg) who is very friendly, obedient and well-behaved. He is 7 years old, he loves people and other animals and in general brings so much positive energy into every environment he is in.
