Are you currently in Colombia and looking for a meaningful, rewarding volunteer experience? We need your help urgently!
We’re a dynamic educational and cultural institute located in the heart of Pitalito, Huila, a peaceful and charming town in southern Colombia. Our mission is to provide quality education and personal growth opportunities to children, youth, and adults in our community.
We are currently looking for enthusiastic volunteers who want to make a difference and live an unforgettable cultural exchange.
📚 Your Role:
• Assist in language (mainly English) classes
• Organize fun extracurricular and cultural activities
• Support local events and workshops
• Help with basic administration and school life
🕒 Schedule:
• 5 hours a day, 5 days a week (flexible and respectful of your free time)
🏡 We Offer:
• Comfortable and clean accommodation
• 3 meals a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
• Weekly stipend of 120,000 COP for personal expenses
• Cultural excursions to coffee farms and local landmarks
• A warm, multicultural and supportive environment

Help
Native English-speaking volunteers to contribute to the strengthening and practice of the language. Passion for education and community service. Flexibility and adaptability. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to learn and actively participate.
The main goal of having volunteers is to create bilingual spaces where the community can participate and have a place to practice the second language, challenging the student to maintain fluent conversation in a second language. Volunteers should be in charge of a conversational club where it becomes the ideal space for practicing the second language.
