    Description

We are both an in-house boutique gelato shop combined with a sweet and craft gallery. We are looking for workawayers to potentially help in all areas with paid work where appropriate, but our main requirement is to help develop artmapsaustralia.com. A potential national treasure art map depicting the fun and attractions of Australia.

Our hope is for easy-going, creative and adaptable travellers. You will share a house with Shane and other travellers.

25 years of travelling across the fairgrounds and the harvest fields throughout all of Australia, I can give a unique insight and empathy with the workawayers as both of us are travelling the same footsteps of the adventures of being down under. As a self employed artist for 35 years, I would appreciate the opportunity to share both my artistic skills and my intention of developing a grassroots tourism marketing art map for Australia.

Initially I am seeking for graphic design background as my main focus is to develop our map project. This will start at 30 dollars an hour.
This will be combined with hospitality retail service in the gelato ice cream shop and the jewelry and sweet shops. This includes serving customers, opening and closing of the shops, in-house ice cream production. Similar hourly rate for working in any of our shops with some retail and service ability preferred for that type of work for Australia work visa applicant.
