  Our home is situated between The Daintree and the Great Barrier Reef.
  The Daintree is the oldest rainforest in world.

  Help

  We are looking for one traveler only. The work to be done could be gardening, painting, cleaning, washing and or polishing cars. It is hot here in the tropics so there will be plenty of time to stop for cold drinks during your work time. As a rule, we start with a couple of days stay first, to ensure we all get on well together. The travelers that come and help us normally stay 5 to 14 days.
  We have 2 very friendly dogs.
  Please remember our dogs live here, it's their home as well.

  Accommodation

  Private bedroom with large bed adjoining shared bathroom a view of private garden and pool. For 4 to 5 hours help a day for 5 days, you will receive Breakfast (Toast and or Cereal) a sandwich or similar for lunch and a cooked evening meal. We do not provide any special diets for anyone who does not eat meat, fish, chicken or dairy. You eat what we eat! You are expected to help clean up after meals. Travelers that want to lock themselves in their room or play games on their phone/computer or don't want to spend time with the members of our household should not apply. We are friendly and like to spend our evening watching TV and chatting.
  There is lots to see and do here, nature, enjoy the outdoors. Rainforest, hikes, there are also brilliant cafés, bustling weekend markets and plenty of beaches nearby.
  We don't lend money (so don't ask)
  You will be asked to leave if you can't follow our house requirements.

  What else ...

  After working you can relax in or by the private pool in our private tropical garden where you can work on your suntan. (Speedo style swimwear can be supplied if you don't have any. Shorts are not permitted in our pool.). If you don`t have speedo style swimwear, we can provide some for you. You can wear clean underwear or swim naked; the choice is yours! "Shorts are not permitted in our pool as it affects the chemicals and filtration ". If you are sweaty from working, there is an outdoor shower to use before swimming.
  There is a very good bus service nearby. Our home is situated between The Daintree and the Great Barrier Reef. The beach is less than 1 kilometer walk away.
