Description
We are a retired couple living in Crete, Greece
We have a large garden which takes up a lot of time each winter and we are always doing projects around our house
We live 10 minuites from the lovely town of Georgiopoli.
We have 3 cats and 2 dogs but we foster dogs a lot we always have a puppy or 4 around the place! If you are an animal lover you would enjoy our place. -

Happy to have either experienced or novices as we are happy to teach new skill to those who are keen.
We are in a typical greek country village but only 10 mins by car to the beach. -

We are always busy with general maintenance and Gardening...if you are interested get in touch and we can talk!
We are looking for people now up to the end of may as we finish getting the house ready to rent out first the summer -

Accommodation
Acomadation would be an en suite bedroom in our house. Meals will be provided and a lift to and from the beach would be available for your time off.
There are busses from the main road to the wonderful city of Chania, and also to Rethymno and Heraklion -
What else ...
A lift is offered to the beach on your time off and also to the bus stop for onward travel to Chania or Heraklion or Rethymno.
There is a bar in the village with locals who dont speak english so a good opportunity to try out the language. This bar is within walking distance. -

I would recomend them to others
Always pleasent to be around, they respected our privacy and gave us time alone. They washed up every evening as well so thats a nice treat for me!

Due to the lockdown I ended up staying for about 3 months which were packed with new stuff I learned, a lot of good food, good conversations and overwhelming love of the dogs. I really enjoyed my time and I am more than happy to come back one day and visit again.
