  Hi everybody!
  
  We got a beautiful little house outside the town, at a lakeside. Lake: 10minutes by foot. 45min from Berlin by car, but also reachable by train. Trains to/ from Berlin every hour. Next station Seddin, 5km from the house.
  Pure nature! WLAN. No TV, but a lot of books. Heatable with wood (ovens). Fireplace. There is eventually 1 cat to feed. There is always work in the garden (2000qm). If you know how to cut wood, or if you can handle cutting-machines (Kettensäge) I wouldbevery happy! Maybe you like trees, wood, loneliness and nature..?(Please no dogs. And no people with cat allergy.)
  
  
  I speak german, good english and very good french.
  
  
  Wir haben ein wunderschönes kleines Haus am Südrand des Seddiner Sees. 2000qm, mit viel Wildwuchs und alten Bäumen. Wald und See in Laufnähe. Natur pur! Geheizt wird mit Holz / Kaminöfen. Holzhacken erwünscht. Katzen füttern auch. WLAN. Kein TV, dafür jede Menge Bücher. Ideal zum sich zurückziehen in Natur und Einsamkeit. Oder zum Schreiben.
  45min von Berlin, mit dem Auto.
  Es ist aber auch gut mit Zug und Rad erreichbar. Bhf Seddin liegt noch im ABC-Bereich von Berlin. Es fahren stündlich Züge.
  Total happy wäre ich, wenn jemand mit einer Kettensäge umgehen kann, bzw sich generell mit Holz auskennt ...
