Description
We are new born NGO created to work for organic village development in field of ecology, education, life planing etc.
Currently we are working in a village " Laluri " in district of Tehri Garhwal - Himalaya.
Aim of this project is to stop migration to cities by increasing awareness of own values of villagers and help in creating income generating ventures.
First steps which we are planning:
1. solve water problems
2. start efficient organic garden
3. prepare few home-stays based on old buildings
4. teach parents and teachers to respect children
5. teach everybody respect the earth
6. build community hall and workshop
7. Teach children

We will be very happy to find people who can support us by knowledge and experience in teaching, organic farming, marketing, web developing, film making and also in preparing coaching and training for villagers. We will be glad to see those who knows about clay pottery techniques, weaving, knitting, chrochet, wood work, yarn making etc. This is very beginning of our work and any pair of physical working hands will be very helpful :-)

We have nice and clean village house and we are sharing rooms there ( 2 people in one room) if you are one - when is possible you will have room for your own but if there will be more people you will have to share , clean squat toilets and simple washroom is in the same building.
We have a kitchen and we are cooking together - for one day food shopping contribution for one person is Rs. 325 (you do not have to use our kitchen - but there are not many other options near)"What else ...
Nice one hour Trek through the forest and villages to Jamnikhal.
Do pottery on pottery wheel in free time.
Big balcony space for yoga.
Nice routes for cycling, if you got bicycle.
