    Description

We live in Eden on the Sapphire Coast, the most beautiful part of NSW, halfway between Sydney and Melbourne.

We have an experimental fruit orchard, a garden, run a home based eco business, 3 children ages 2, 10 and 13, ducks and a dog.

We will take you around to explore our stunning area when time allows and are happy to share our surfboards, snorkels, kayak and bicycles.

You will stay in your own space that has basic cooking facilities, a fridge and private bathroom. The space will comfortably accommodate 2 people.

We live in a true Australian town with a rich history of fishing, whaling and timber. You will find the area very friendly and authentic.

We live in a small, unspoilt area that is surrounded by National Parks, ocean and wilderness. You will get to experience it all.

Our children are very friendly and interested in culture and language and very happy to share theirs.

  • Help

    Help

We require help in all areas of our home and business such as helping in the garden, with yard work, cooking, small fixing projects, child minding and housework.

It just depends on your skills and interests what you will do. At this time those with an interest in yard work and fixing projects will be useful but we do require help in all areas.

You will be asked to work approximately 4 hours a day on a flexible schedule.

We prefer short stays currently (1-2 weeks) as we have a few family members visiting us during the summer months but this will depend on accommodation availability.

The place is a bit run down, nothing fancy but it is a good size space and private. You will find it comfortable.

We will provide evening meals for you. If you are working around home during lunch hours, we will feed you. You will do your own breakfast as our mornings are busy getting kids to school.

You are welcome to eat fruit from our trees if there is ripe fruit while you stay.
