    Hello! We are Colmena, and we would like to invite you to be part of our team during this summer. We are looking for collaborators for our artistic farm in Tlayacapan Morelos to help to plant and take care of the crops this raining season. Secondly,
    trigger artistic/cultural projects, from courses for the community to putting on performances, concerts or small festivals, all according to their skills or interests.

    Daily tasks consist of petting dogs (6 rescued dogs), taking care of the chickens, maintenance work, decorating the walls or rooms, etc. this could change depens the running proyect.

    We can offer you different amenities of our residence: comfortable shared room, pool, equipped kitchen, high-speed internet, fruits and herbs from the garden, integration with local artists and workshops.

    We are located two hours from Mexico City, in a quiet town but with a very good vibe.

    Hola! Somos Colmena, y nos gustaría invitarte a ser parte de nuestro equipo durante este verano. Estamos buscando colaboradores para nuestra granja artística en Tlayacapan Morelos. En esta temporada nos concentraremos en el trabajo de campo, comienzan las lluvias e iniciaremos con la siembra de milpa, así mismo tendremos entremmsnos proyectos artísticos/culturales para la comunidad, que pueden ir desde cursos, puestas en escena, conciertos o pequeños festivales, todo según sus habilidades o intereses.

    Las labores diarias se basan en acariciar perritos (6 perros rescatados), encargarte de las gallinas, trabajos de mantenimiento, decorar las paredes, etc, estos pueden cambiar o depender del proyecto que tengamos en activo a tu llegada..

    Podemos ofrecerte distintas comodidades de nuestra residencia: habitación cómoda compartida, alberca, cocina equipada, internet de alta velocidad, frutos y hierbas del huerto, integración con artistas y talleres locales.

    Nos encontramos a dos horas de la CDMX, en un pueblito tranquilo pero con muy buena vibra.
    Estamos entusiasmados por tu aplicación.

This is an experiment in decentralization of culture, taking the urban scene and bringing it to be adapted to a rural context. will it be a challenge? yes, will it succeed? We don't know yet, but we are willing to take the risk.

    Serás capaz de experimentar el trabajo social que implica introducir nuevas dinámicas, conocimientos e ideas a una población ajena a las dinámicas urbanas. Este es un experimento de descentralización de la cultura, tomar la escena urbana y llevarla para ser adaptada a un contexto rural.

    We need help in the construction of the garden and orchards, decoration and painting, as well as general maintenance of the space.
    We have 6 dogs, 3 cats and chickens and you are going to help us to take care of them, so if you are a animal lover you are more than welcome .

    We have arts exploration and language exchange workshop whit people of the community, so you can also help us whit this.
    If you have knowledge of photography, content creation and digital marketing, they will be very well received

    Necesitamos ayuda en la construcción del jardín y huertos, decoración y pintura, así como mantenimiento general del espacio.

    Somos una granja, tenemos 6 perros, 3 gatos , gallinas, y muchos animales e insectos nativos. Tu labor será ayudarnos en su cuidado, buscamos gente que le gusten los animales.
    Por el momento necesitamos ayuda en nuestro taller de intercambio de idioma, si tienes experiencia en dando clases de inglés, serás más que bienvenido.
    Si tienes conocimientos de fotografía, creación de contenido y márketing digital, serán muy bien recibidos

    This space plans to be a organic farm/creative space and rest house. On weekends the space will be rented as a rest house.
    But you will receive a safe space for your remote work, all the services, a double bed with a private bathroom (On vextraordinary occasions there will be the need to share the room with other volunteers).

    Este espacio planea ser un centro cultural y casa de descanso. Entre semana esperamos hacer cine clubs, talleres de todo tipo, clases de idiomas, muestras de arte y más. Y en fines de semana el espacio se rentará como casa de descanso.
    Pero recibirás espacio seguro para su trabajo remoto, todos los servicios, cama matrimonial y habitación con baño privado (que en ocasiones extraordinarias se tendría la necesidad de compartir habitación con otros voluntarios).

    Tlayacapan is one of the oldest towns in Mexico which has Mexica and Colonial historical monuments, many of these sites are more than 500 years old. The population is surrounded by the Tepozteco nature reserve, a space full of Nature and a deep connection with Nature.

    The town is two and a half hours from Mexico City, it is very easy to get to us. We have fiber optic internet and all the necessary services to make your stay pleasant.

    Tlayacapan es uno de las poblaciones más antiguas de México la cual tiene monumentos históricos Mexicas y Coloniales, muchos de estos sitios tienen más de 500 años de antigüedad. La población esta rodeada por la reserva natural del Tepozteco, un espacio lleno de Naturaleza y profunda conexión.
    La población se encuentra dos horas y media de la Ciudad de México, es muy fácil llegar a nosotros. Contamos con internet de fibra óptica y todos los servicios necesarios para que tu estadía sea agradable.
