Description
We are a family who live in small village in the beautiful landscape od rocky area. We have a small farm where we plant the vegetables and fruits, keep one draft horse, poultry, rabbits and the bees.
Our dream is to be self-sufficient, to have own vegetables and meat for whole year. We like to work outside. We work with our horse in the field. We don´t use any chemikal spray. We like to try new accesses to farming (permaculture, regenerative agrosystem, etc.)
We have farmed for 14 years and we are learning a lot about farming all the time. We cultivate 0,1 ha of a field where we grow the vegetables. Vegetables are intended for our family. If we have enough we sell it.
We have also 4 ha of pastures where we keep there four sheep with lambs and one horse this year. We look after the wood.
We keep 80 beehives and we welcome any help with the honey harvest, work in the vegetable field, with the preparation wood for the winter, with reconstraction of the house and barn etc.
In 2025, unfortunately, we have few bee colonies surviving the winter so we will have less bees to work with in the season. But we would welcome help with the construction of the two attic rooms, working with clay and wood and wood fiber. We will also be building an outdoor kitchen using natural materials.
We try to farm in harmony with nature, to respect the laws of the nature. We observe, how the ecosystem works and we are still learning!
We are friendly and we are looking for the new voluntaries. We look forward to hearing your stories, your experiences and spending time together.Types of help and learning opportunities

I learned a lot while on their farm and enjoyed my stay.
Their small village is cozy and romantic. There are some interesting sights nearby too that you can walk to see.
Thank you for letting me visit!
