Description
We are a diverse team of designers, ecologists, and sustainability enthusiasts dedicated to creating regenerative, nature-based solutions for both urban and rural landscapes. Our collective expertise spans permaculture design, agroecology, forest restoration, and biodiversity conservation, allowing us to develop resilient ecosystems that meet human needs while nurturing the environment.
We are passionate about reviving degraded landscapes, promoting native species, and building self-sustaining agricultural models that reflect the wisdom of natural ecosystems. Our work is driven by the belief that sustainability is a shared responsibility, one that requires continuous learning, collaboration, and action. By integrating ethical design principles with practical, hands-on solutions, we empower individuals and communities to embrace a healthier, more balanced, and less consumer-driven lifestyle.
We have four locally paid staff here apart from our core team who will be travelling for projects etc, they do field work and any other work that is required. we pay 1k per person daily.Types of help and learning opportunities

Cultural exchange and learning opportunities
Volunteers, artisans, and experts from diverse backgrounds come together to share knowledge, traditions, and skills. Whether it’s learning indigenous farming techniques from local communities, exchanging global sustainability practices, or celebrating art, music, and food from different cultures, every interaction enriches the space. Our projects encourage collaboration, where a botanist might work alongside a mural artist, or a permaculture designer might exchange ideas with a traditional healer. Through shared meals, storytelling, and hands-on experiences. This becomes a melting pot of wisdom, creativity, and regenerative living.
