    Description

Update: We're happy to receive applications from volunteers who want to stay at least 4 weeks for the season June - October.

Stay with us in the biggest wine region of Germany, help around the house or with our kids and learn everything you ever wanted about wine making!

We live in the beautiful Moselle valley surrounded by vineyards in a village called Ellenz-Poltersdorf. We are a young, multilingual family looking for someone to help around the house, garden, vineyards or with our two small children.
Seba is 34 years old and from Chile and Eli is 32 and from Germany and we have two girls aged one and two. Eli's parents, aunt and uncle and her grandma all live in the same street, so be prepared for the full family experience. But don't worry! We are all easy-going people who like nothing better than sharing a bottle of wine and talking about winemaking, which has been traditional in our family for several generations.
We love to meet new people and would like to receive someone interested in cultural exchange and not only looking for a free place to sleep.
The region is very rural with countless possibilities to hike, go biking or do watersports on the river. Public transportation works well during the day by bus (leaves the village every hour) or train and we can provide you with a bicycle for the time of your stay. We are looking for couples to keep each other company from time to time and work as a team. As we have two young children we are looking for hands-on people able to work independently and chip in when needed.
