  PLEASE READ THIS A FEW TIME BEFORE YOU SEND ME A REQUEST..
  Because some people even after they got to 2nd stage, i had to cancel their stay because they cannot make a solid decision.
  So i help them to make that decision and skip my place and wish them good luck and enjoy the rest of Malaysia.
  
  Now with 75 countries with more than 600 souls through few different platforms before Covid19..finally we had to submit to certain condition.
  As we had emailed the Workaway team regarding the price of basic goods increased between 20-100%, Also the utility tariff soars more than 100%, we no longer afford to welcome people with food as the help we get from our volunteer not income generated type.
  And despite our effort to reminds our previous volunteer about how we will advance the cost of the food then later they need to chip in the contribution before they leave.
  With humble and without prejudice we still would love to welcome people using this platform, but mutual understanding that our future volunteer need to contribute for groceries and utilities too..which will be subject to discuss later between us.
  With so definitely will effect the number of request monthly, we strongly believed people with better quality of traits will understand.
  As on our side, it can be rest assure with better experiences.
  
  As our future volunteer, please...please do take your time to read this announcement CAREFULLY and THOROUGHLY.
  Also please bear in mind that after more than 2 year without foreigners..me and my family most definitely need to tune up almost everything with 2/10th of what it used to be.
  And if you are interested with this announcement, please send me a reasonable and decent request with at least 30 words.

  DO NOT REQUEST if you have this traits or tendency: freeloader, opportunist, manipulative, prefer to create excuse than solution and liar.
  AND, even though this platform is non monetary to both side, your own personal needs is at your own expenses.
  
  As our new resolution to have smooth sync about our daily chores, we prefer someone who can get up early in the morning.
  
  My name is Zaki, and I've lived in Malaysia my whole life.
  Village life to discover 1.5 hour from KL with just one bus away.
  We are looking for helpers for help around the house I lived in with my wife Yati, daughter Sophia..who just turned 7 and our son, Alfian who is 5.
  Sophia is talkative, active and happy go lucky kind of soul.
  While Ian is with autism and speech delayed but really observant.
  Cunning too in somewhat way.
  
  Looking for people who are interested in immersing themselves in our local Malaysian culture.
  But of course when you stay with me..it would be from my perspectives.
  So the work are flexible, depending on situations, weather and other elements.
  Hosting people through Workaway though, I just want to make new friend.
  Longest person so far stay with me was 80 days and few peoples came back for more than 4 times.
  To create environment for my children to grow and learn, and meet people who are probably able or willing to welcome them when they old enough to travel abroad hopefully.
  So far, able to tell myself it is accordingly.
  Even though couple of time I almost use my veto as host to ask people to leave, they either behave or cut short their stay them self.
  
  We are not living in wealth.
  Just a small residency of a quarter of an acre.
  You can find some hint through our volunteer's feedback about what to do and what we can do together.
  Please do read them.
  I strongly encourage you people to read them.
  And if I accepted your request, please do communicate.
  If you fail to update me with anything, change of plan last minute, consider your request been replace by another people who able.
  First contact is here, second on whatsapp or telegram till you get the roadmap on how to get here.
  Once you got the roadmap, you are accepted and you are welcomed to adjust your initial date.
  A bit sooner..or a bit later.
  I am not here trying to impress anyone.
  If you just fishing around and take me as option, i extremely encourage you not to request to stay with me.
  
  We are looking for helpers who can stay at least one week @ 7 days.
  First 3 day would be for people to adjust with the environment.
  
  Right now our priority is to set up the edible garden and maintaining our 7.4 acres of palm oil farm.
  Where we grow other type of plant as well like bilimbi, avocado, calamansi and various type of fruit tree.
  If you are looking for luxury, please look elsewhere.
  If you are interested and willing to stay with me, please bear in mind that while you and your bags are still in my house, you are my responsibility.
  Your safety, health and well being are important to us.
  I don't want you to get hurt, sick or anything with the activities.
  So don't push yourself.
  If you are travelling with partner, please do not obviously show me your relationship's problem or sudden request to leave the premise is inevitable on my behalf.
  
  Generally the dress code is simple.
  For female, appreciate if you guys could wear decent t-shirt or clothes that not purposely showing off your majestic proportion.
  Simply don't want to rise any concern or awkwardness between you and locals.
  For male, when the Mrs is around please wear shirt.
  House rules too.
  Shoes outside and off the stairs.
  Simply meant do not enter the house, shack or treehouse with you shoes on.
  
  My past volunteers come from various walks of life and field of expertise and experiences.
  So we can share and exchange ours too..😉
  
  *️️️️️️️️️Prefer people who can eat almost anything.
  Fish, chicken and eggs among raw item to use as main ingredient.
  *️️️️️️️️️if you have unwanted clothes and pants or anything in your backpack you need to drop somewhere..you can drop at my place.
  *️️️️️Bring along ear plug, or the chicken will wake you up at 3am.
  *we have 3 adult mountain bike and 3 motorcycles to ride around and a kayak to play in the pond next to the house..

  Travelers will experience the local Malaysian culture which is the traditional way of life..the people..the food..the village.

  For those who use English as native language..i still need to learn it.
  Those who use it as second language, we can learn together.
  We can exchange skills, knowledge and experiences.
  Even recipes! Because me and my wife love to cook.
  You need to come here to verify that yourself. 😅😅
  Some people asked about the mission, the objective of my program they about to engage if they stay with me.
  All i can say is, i am doing my small part for those who are looking for some place to visit, hang out and do things together.
  More of making friends rather than to find volunteer.
  While at the same time making memories and more friends.
  It is up to you what kind of memories you want to create and what sort of experience you want to enjoy and the most importantly how you want to be remembered.
  At my place stranger became friends and friends became family.
  So if you are scared and afraid of that trajectory of consequences..please do not request to come.

  Even though so far I never gives orders, but I appreciate and we are looking for all round team helper with minimum 1 week for the time being and assist us with general housekeeping.
  WITHOUT ME NEEDING TO REMINDS ABOUT THIS.
  
  
  Simply help us to babysit Sophia and Ian.
  Right now our priority is to set up the edible garden and maintaining our 7.4 acres of palm oil tree.
  Regardless of race , language or religion, we can live together .
  The keyword is RESPECT.
  
  **And please I DO NOT WELCOMED people who think that they can use my place to scam their travel insurance company, who is cheap and always have their mind elsewhere.

  Accommodation

  Volunteers will stay in the shack, treehouse, shared bedroom or studio room.
  The shack can be use to sleep now for 2 people.
  The treehouse is suitable for 5 people maximum.
  Shared bedroom can fit up to 6 person.
  Studio rooms..usually i prefer to let a family to use it other than my own family.
  To prolong the cleanliness of the pillow, blanket and mattress, please dont use them when you are dirty or smelly.
  Please dont use the pillow as footrest.
  And shoes, sandals or something like all of that must be outside of the house.

  Guys..my life, my family and my village is really simple and small.
  The only luxury we had probably the toilet bowl..its white and clean.
  We know almost each other here in this village
  I am not here trying to impress you..or my people.
  Just take it as it is.
  If you wish to stay with me, i must highlight this.
  I host few request at a time. My most number was 15 soul at a time. Special situation
  Now my max is just 6.
  If you are not fond of co-living or dont want to make new friend with other people too..please dont request.
