    Description

*** Before reaching out to us, please read our entire profile. ***

Our outdoor TRAINING PARK in Jalisco, Mexico, is a beautiful non-profit venture dedicated to team building activities and recreational camps. Set in the Sierra del Tigre, it's immersed in nature, offering a unique experience. Income generated supports vulnerable groups, and we attract ecotourism due to our eco-friendly approach.
(TEAM BUILDING GROUPS USUALLY COME VISIT FROM MAY TO AUGUST)
We are located 15 minutes away from Concepción de Buenos Aires by car which is around a 40-45 min walk to ALL the shops which are located there. It's a small and adorable authentic Mexican village. The spirit of freedom, care, and love that is felt in our park is unmatched and unique, for sure you will feel at home.

If you don’t like or enjoy being immersed in Nature, this is NOT a place for you.

    Volunteer Requirements:
BE PUNCTUAL. BE RESPECTFUL. BE RESPONSIBLE. (no loopholes)
Willingness to assist and co-live peacefully.
Age over 21. (FOR THE MOMENT WE DO NOT ACCEPT FAMILIES, CHILDREN, UNDERAGE OR TRAVELERS WITH PETS)
Ability to drive a manual vehicle. (Preferred but not necessary. It's only for inside premises)
Possess WhatsApp with data, a credit card, and valid medical care.

    Volunteer Program:
Maximum 8 volunteers committed for a minimum of 2 weeks.
Every day at the park is different so daily tasks change depending on what we need at the time!
We host a lot of groups especially in the summer months (usually from May to August)!
We would need help with the clients by assisting with activities, keeping common areas clean and helping our staff. When we are not hosting customers, we need help with the general maintenance of the park. It really is a mixed bag, and we try to circulate all of the tasks fairly among our volunteers, so your day is never the same!

    Daily Mix Bag Tasks:
    General Park help.
Animal care (pen cleaning + feed cats and dogs)

    Volunteers Conditions:
5-hour shift/day, 5 days/week, 2 days off. Usually everyone has the days off together (volunteers, staff, managers) and everyone works at the same hours every day, unless there are guests, and we need to split the shifts throughout the day.

    ELECTRICITY & WIFI:
Everything works by SOLAR PANELS, so yes, the electricity we have depends on the weather. We ONLY have electricity and WI-FI in common areas (NOT the cabins). Cell Phone signal ONLY when the electricity is working and in certain areas.

    Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

People from different parts of Mexico visit us. We provide our best care with the idea that everyone enjoys the space, learns, and smiles. You will learn about our way of life, our principles and get to know a different space other than what you usually see in Mexico. We have a lot to give and we are sure that you will learn the secrets of our typical food and language. You will experience nature from close up, and you will see a sky that you have never seen before. We hope to learn from you and your customs. We love cultural exchange and would also love to merge our ideas and customs while we enjoy learning from each other.
