    Help

I'm looking for singles or couples, over 25 years old to help with the renovations and landscaping of my house.
Painting and repair tasks, however any building and home repair skills would be most welcome.
Help required is five hours per day, five days per week and is finished by lunchtime.
    Meals are of course provided
and I am happy to do some of the preparation.(vegetarians welcome)
I live in a great location, on top of Highgate Hill, right next to a park with beautiful views of the city, 10 minutes walk to West End cafe/cultural precinct and easy access to Southbank Riverside pools(like Paris) and the city.
The house is split level, so most of the upstairs where you would stay is already renovated.
You would have your own room and use the communal bathroom (I mostly use my ensuite).
I enjoy meeting people from different cultures and age groups. I am happy to have people practise their language skills and can help if asked.

    Some points to consider;
I expect visitors, as tourists, to come to explore Brisbane and surrounds and not stay in the house all day.
I am environmentally sensitive - water and electricity is not wasted.(Australia is a dry country and bills are high as everywhere else).
Cleaning after ourselves as in any shared facility is expected - that's why I prefer mature people!
I have two small friendly dogs (a dachshund and a jack russell).
Please do not initially arrive after 9 pm.

If you are interested in coming to stay, please message me with:
    - A bit about yourself.
    - When you arrive and how long you would stay.
    - What skills you have.

    Look forward to meeting you!
