Description
Hello, my name is Amedeo, I’m 39, and I carry a beautiful mix of cultures within me—mainly Italian, Bulgarian, and Russian. Life has taken me through the US, Italy, Spain, Bulgaria, Serbia, and Israel, and I’ve been lucky to explore many other countries and islands along the way.
I have always been passionate about art in all its forms, and today I live on an animal-friendly farm of about 8,000 sqm, surrounded by fruit trees, walnuts, hazelnuts, a vineyard, and more.
I don’t pretend to have life completely figured out, but for now, I feel called to create and share clean, natural food. It’s a simple but meaningful path that connects me with the land, the seasons, and the people around me.Types of help and learning opportunities

I believe we can learn from everyone and everything. For me, observation, communication, and the sharing of experiences are essential for enriching both sides.
I speak fluent Bulgarian, Italian, and English, as well as basic Spanish, which I would love to practice with volunteers. If anyone is interested, I’m happy to share my lifestyle, diet, training routine, and my personal philosophy of life.
Music also plays a big role in my life. I have a recording studio and a collection of instruments, including a Tibetan gong and singing bowls, didgeridoos, a handpan, kosha bells, and guitars. Musicians always hold a special place in my heart, and I love connecting through music.Help
There’s always something to do here, from gardening and other projects to caring for the goats and chickens who provide us with fresh milk and eggs. Everything you might need—tools and materials—is already here. The only thing missing is people who bring joy, curiosity, and a willingness to help.
Besides the main tasks, you can also get involved with creative projects, cleaning, or other little things that come up. But the heart of the work is really in the garden and the projects.
When it comes to food, I’ve been cooking for myself for many years. If you enjoy the meals I prepare, you’re welcome to join me at the table; if not, you’re free to cook your own dishes. Cooking and cleaning up after yourself are just part of daily life, not part of the helping hours.
Life here flows with the rhythm of nature. I simply ask for 3–4 meaningful hours of help per day—the rest is yours to enjoy, create, and share.Languages

I love diversity, so whatever language you speak, I’ll be happy to learn from you. And if it’s one I already know, I’ll be glad to expand my vocabulary and improve through practice.Accommodation
I can offer a bed on the bottom floor of the house. It’s a large, open space with no walls, so if there’s more than one volunteer, you’ll share the area—but it’s spacious and comfortable.
I don’t eat breakfast (except for tea, coffee, or hot water), but I can provide one abundant vegetarian meal or two lighter meals per day, following a Keto-inspired diet (high in healthy fats, low in carbs and sugar). Meals are usually served between 12:00 and 20:00, as I practice intermittent fasting.
If you prefer to bring your own food, you’re free to cook and eat whenever you like, so you can follow your own schedule. What else ...
The property is near Malko Tarnovo, located in the heart of a natural park that boasts the largest oak forest in Europe. The air here is incredibly clean—some of the purest in the world! If you have asthma or other respiratory issues, your stay could be particularly beneficial.
The area is full of opportunities to explore and experience nature and history. There are mountains, rivers, waterfalls, caves, and ancient sites from the Thracian, Greek, and Roman eras, along with many other mystical places. The seaside is just an hour away by car, and if you have your passport, Turkey is only a few kilometers away, making it easy to explore another country.
The nearby “city” (more like a village) offers a few coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. There are no pubs, malls, or clubs here, so if you’re looking for nightlife or shopping, Burgas—70 km away—offers plenty of options, with public transport available year-round.A little more information

I genuinely adore all animals, and they are always welcome here. I share my home with two huskies, a few cats, some goats, and a flock of chickens—all full of personality! The huskies are not aggressive, but they are very energetic. If your pets can happily coexist with this lively crew and are gentle with birds and other animals, they are more than welcome too. The more, the merrier!
