    Description

I am a Registered Nurse, from Liverpool. I have lived in Spain for over four years. I’ve volunteered with Workaway previously, had some fantastic experiences and met amazing people. I recently put down my roots in a small Spanish coastal resort. I live alone in a comfortable, traditional townhouse, it needs painting/decorating and general maintenance.
I don't have any pets, as I still like to travel.
If you want to bring your well behaved pet, that's ok.

If you’re happy to paint, keep the place clean and help with chores, you are welcome to stay.

Food is provided and we can take turns to cook evening meals, I’m happy to eat alone or with you. I eat a varied diet, and am happy to cook vegetarian food. I'm not sure if I can cater for you if you have allergies, medical contraindications or intolerances. Let's talk about it though.

I go to Iyengar yoga, in Órgiva, twice a week. You are welcome to join me.
Sometimes I go away for weekends, you can stay in my place, when I'm not there.

I don’t smoke, drink or take drugs. I’m ok if you do though (on the terrace).

Happy to discuss you coming to stay, get in touch.

Salobreña is a Granada coastal town that gets busy during the summer months. The bus goes all along Southern Spain from here.

I travel to Òrgiva at least twice a week, you can have a lift to and from there.

I have a car, can take you to places of interest if you give me plenty of notice.
There's fibre internet, you can use as much as you like.

You are welcome to have peace and quiet, work from here or immerse yourself in Spanish life. There's a cultural centre and library nearby. There’s plenty of cafes, bars, supermarkets and social events in the town.

Granada is less than an hour from here. The bus is 10 minutes walk from my house. The Alhambra and all that Granada offers is available. I have a car, so can take you there, if I'm free.
Malaga is just over an hour away and Almeria in the other direction.
The Sierra Nevada Mountains and ski resort are within commuting distance.

I live alone, no pets, non smoker, non drinker, yoga. Travel a lot. Have moved into a house that needs painting. Have done lots of work exchanges myself, and time to give back.
