Description
Hello,
We own a small pepper farm, we grow and transfrom over a hundred varieties of peppers from mild to super hot! We also grow other kind of veggies and fruits on our land.
The famr/ house is located 1h north of Montreal. We are a family of four, my wife and two children (6 years and 13 years Old) and we are seeking for your help around the house.
We speak french, english and a Little bit of spanish. We have a large diversity of tasks and chores to make troughout the season.(I'm not looking for someone for our business it's for personal help)
For exemple: taking care of personal garden, building greenhouse for our future plan of becoming self sufficient, clean the pool, help keep the house clean, participate in cooking meals, feed the chickens, play with kids and whatever you would like to learn about growing, transforming and being the more self sufficient you can……
We are flexible on the hours and we can talk it out!
From here it is easy to go in the laurentides, montreal and ontario, if you like to visit, it is more than possible, we also have bikes for you to take and go for a ride or you can go relax in the forest right behind the house or walk 1 km to see nice nature!
We really like to cook and discover new recipies and exchange with people around the world!

*** Some basics rules of the house***
- we include 3 meals a day, if you need more you can buy yourself some at the grocery store
- keep your place and common areas clean
- personal hygiene is important
- no hard drugs
-no drug and alchool during working hours (there is dangerous machinery on a farm)
- no violence tolerate
- no stealing or taking without permission

Help
There is always different things to do around here!
cooking, cleaning, working outside in the gardens, cleaning the pool, play with kids, take care of the chickens, DIY prohects, working on the greenhouse, organizing the place etc...! We always ask for preference and we can adapt if it is possible in the moment of the season!
We are expecting a 4-5 hours a day with two days off that we will discuss depending of everyone schedules
we are flexible on how and when to make the hours in exchange of accomodations and 3 meals a day.

Accommodation
We have a Room downstairs and independent kitchen, we Do have 2 bathrooms but we have to share the shower.
We have two kitchens we use sometimes but you can cook your own meals. You can come with your tent or your camping car too.
What else ...
It is possible to take the train to go to the city, we can sometime offer transportation in the area, we are near ontario also. 10 minutes from the city of Lachute there is an excellent micro brewery and all the shops are available. Nature is omnipresent and the city is not too far the best of both worlds

Elle a vite pris ses marques dans la cuisine, toutes les taches à faire étaient extrêmement bien faites, elle apprends vite, pose les bonne questions!
