    Description

Hi I'm Bec and I look after 75 rescued animals including 14 horses on an 80 acre property . I'm also a registered wildlife rescuer and own a vegan cafe in town. I'm looking for help taking care of the animals, gardening and bush revegetation projects , repairs and maintenance of animal shelters, fencing etc. There's always lots of projects on the go. I've got lots of old outbuildings with plans to create additional animal shelters. The property is located next to state forrest with loads of walking and hiking trails nearby. Ballarat is 35 minutes away, Maryborough is 20 minutes away and there's historic small towns just 10 & 15 minutes away.

  • Help

    Help

I'd like help constructing new animal shelters for our larger animals plus repairing our existing sheds, shelters and fences. Carpentry skills and fencing skills would be extremely useful.
Gardening assistance - planting trees and working in the veggie garden, pruning, raking, collecting firewood.
Animals - mixing up feeds, feeding, grooming, walking the horses and dogs, cuddling the pigs, moving animals into new paddocks, changing the straw bedding, cleaning out the chook shed.
House - painting, general tasks like getting rid of cobwebs, sweeping verandas.
