    Welcome to A Place with Many Souls, Looking for Helping Hands

    This is much more than a farm. We are a vibrant and ever-evolving project where different activities come together: an equestrian center, an educational farm, agricultural production, social and educational initiatives, and projects that support the inclusion of young people with disabilities.

    Every day is different. Our space is shared by people, animals, nature, and new ideas, making it a lively and rewarding place to live and work.

    To keep all of this running, we are looking for volunteers who genuinely enjoy practical, hands-on work. If you like being outdoors, don't mind getting your hands dirty, and want to contribute to a meaningful project, you'll probably feel at home here.

    Depending on the season, your tasks may include:

    * caring for our olive groves (pruning, clearing, harvesting, and general maintenance);
    * working in the vegetable garden and orchard;
    * looking after our animals, including goats, chickens, donkeys, and horses;
    * maintaining paths, gardens, and outdoor spaces;
    * helping with small building, repair, and maintenance projects;
    * supporting the daily life of the farm and shared spaces.

    You don't need previous experience. What matters most is a positive attitude, reliability, curiosity, and a willingness to learn. Some tasks can be physically demanding, but we always work together and are happy to teach you.

    In return, you'll experience the daily life of a unique agricultural and social project, share meals with us, learn practical skills, and become part of a welcoming environment where collaboration and respect are essential values.

    This is located in southern Sardinia, just a 5-minute walk (about 300 meters) from the sea, surrounded by Mediterranean nature. Here you can spend your mornings working among olive trees and animals, and your evenings swimming in crystal-clear water, exploring beautiful beaches, or watching the sunset.

    Sardinia is famous worldwide for its stunning coastline, wild landscapes, and authentic atmosphere. Living here, even for a few weeks, is a wonderful opportunity to experience both the beauty of the island and the satisfaction of contributing to a real, hands-on project.

    Who we're looking for

    We're especially happy to host people who:

    * enjoy physical work and spending time outdoors;
    * are comfortable around animals;
    * are proactive, responsible, and happy to work as part of a team;
    * appreciate community life and shared spaces;
    * want to make a genuine contribution rather than simply enjoy a holiday.

    If this sounds like you, we'd love to welcome you to our place!

    Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

    Travellers take part in a real, working agricultural and social environment. This is not a touristic experience, but an opportunity to learn by doing, side by side with people who live and work here every day.
    Volunteers can gain practical skills in farming and land care, such as olive grove maintenance, gardening, basic building and repair work, and animal care.
    Living and working here also means experiencing a small-scale, diverse project that combines agriculture with social and educational activities.
    You may learn how a farm with multiple functions is organized, and see how daily life unfolds in a place that includes not only farming, but also educational work and social inclusion projects.
    Beyond practical skills, travellers are exposed to everyday life in rural Sardinia: simple routines, life close to nature and the sea. It is also a chance to experience local culture, rhythms, and ways of living that are closely connected to the land and the seasons.
    In return, we also learn from the people who come here: different backgrounds, skills, and perspectives contribute to the growth and evolution of the project.

    ## Extra information: free time, surroundings and transport

    During their time off, volunteers can enjoy the natural beauty and cultural life of southern Sardinia. It is located in a rural area just **300 meters from the sea**, so it is easy to reach the coast on foot for swimming, walks along the shoreline, or relaxing at the beach after work.

    We are also located close to **Pula**, a lively small town with cafés, services, local markets, and seasonal events. Pula is well known for its cultural and traditional festivities, especially during spring and summer. Among the most important events are the celebrations of **Sant’Efisio**, one of the most significant religious and popular festivals in Sardinia, and various summer events, including performances, music, and local traditions such as the **Festa dei Saltimbanchi** and other street and cultural festivals.

    The surrounding area offers a wide variety of experiences: wild beaches, hidden coves, coastal paths, and inland landscapes typical of Sardinia. It is a great place for people who enjoy nature but also want to experience local culture and traditions.

    Depending on the season and availability, it is also possible to visit nearby towns, archaeological sites, and other points of interest. We are happy to give advice and help volunteers discover the area.

    Public transport is available but limited in rural areas, so some flexibility is useful. When possible, we help with lifts or local arrangements.

    Free time here is generally simple and relaxed: going to the sea, exploring the surroundings, taking part in local events, or sharing quiet time in nature.
