In the midst of vineyards and fruit trees far below Mount Etna in Santa Maria di Licodia, life and work are pleasant! Workaway, with its ingenious concept, offers the opportunity to utilize our uncomplicated hospitality and welcome people of diverse backgrounds and ages with their knowledge and skills. Despite the many challenges, we want to beautify this place together with people who can balance work and relaxation. There is always something to do. We are happy to discuss or describe details depending on the season and personal talents and skills. Anyone who would like to live and work with us for a week or two is welcome! Inmitten von Weinbergen und Obstbäumen weit unterhalb des Ätna in Santa Maria di Licodia lässt es sich angenehm leben und arbeiten! Workaway gibt mit seinem genialen Konzept die Moeglichkeit, unsere unkomplizierte Gastfreundschaft zu nutzen und Menschen unterschiedlichster Herkunft und jeden Alters mit ihrem Wissen und ihren Fähigkeiten willkommen zu heissen. Trotz der vielen Herausforderungen möchten wir diesen Ort zusammen mit Menschen verschönern, die Arbeit und Entspannung in Einklang bringen können. Es gibt immer etwas zu tun. Details besprechen oder beschreiben wir gerne, je nach Jahreszeit und persönlichen Talenten und Fähigkeiten. Wer für ein oder zwei Wochen bei uns wohnen und arbeiten möchte, ist herzlich willkommen! We speak Italian and German spontaneously, so you are welcome to enjoy natural "full immersion" language lessons.We are also happy about opportunities to expand our elemantary English skills. Bei uns wird spontan Italienisch und Deutsch gesprochen, daher koennt Ihr gern natuerlichen "full immersion"-Sprachunterricht geniessen. Wir freuen uns ueber Anlaesse, mit denen wir unser elementaeres Englisch erweitern koennen.
Accommodation
We have a 2-room apartment and a 1-room building. If both occupied, we have a caravan.
Breakfast and dinner should be organized individually. We like to have lunch together.
We gladly offer a main meal daily.
We are happy to provide food such as coffee, tea, milk, bread, jam, fruit, vegetables, legumes, cheese, sausage, eggs, water and wine every day with the request that you use them to customize your own breakfast and dinner. This is to take personal needs into account and keep times flexible.
As already mentioned, we offer lunch together every day.
The property does not include rental accommodation for paying guests

Lebensmittel wie Kaffee, Tee, Milch, Brot, Marmelade, Obst, Gemuese, Huelsenfruechte, Kaese, Wurst,
Eier, Wasser und Wein stellen wir gerne taeglich zur Verfuegung mit der Bitte, sich damit Fruehstueck und Abendessen selbst individuell zu gestalten. Dies, um persoenliche Beduerfnisse zu beruecksichtigen sowie Uhrzeiten flexibel zu halten.
Wie bereits erwaehnt, bieten wir taeglich ein gemeinsames Mittagessen an.
Fruehstueck und Abendessen sollte selbst individuell organisiert werden.
Wir essen gerne gemeinsam zu Mittag.
What else ...
We can discuss a possibility of a free day or two prior to you coming. There is plenty to visit. You can go hiking, mountain bike excursions in the surrounding area or further afield are possible. You have the opportunity to take day trips to Mt. Etna, Catania, Syracuse, Taormina, and more. However, a great rest day is relaxing around the land in a hammock with the view of Mt. Etna.
We absolutely do not tolerate addictive behavior of any kind.
Wir können gerne die Möglichkeit eines oder zweier freier Tage vor Eurer Ankunft besprechen. Es gibt viel zu besichtigen. Ihr koennt wandern, Mountainbike-Ausflüge in die Umgebung oder weiter entfernt unternehmen. Ihr habt die Möglichkeit, Tagesausflüge zum Ätna, nach Catania, Syrakus, Taormina und mehr zu unternehmen. Ein toller Ruhetag ist jedoch auch das Entspannen in einer Hängematte mit Blick auf den Ätna.
Wir dulden absolut keinerlei Suchtverhalten.
