  We are a typical Sardinian farm, located in a quiet area surrounded by nature. We live according to the rhythms of nature, far from chaos, valuing freedom, respect, and authentic cultural exchange. We do not operate for profit: the farm is not a commercial enterprise. Life on the farm includes simple and varied activities, depending on the season: gardening, small farm chores, maintenance, and creative projects. There are no pressures or rigid schedules: communication is open, and everyone contributes according to their abilities. After the activities, you have free time to explore, relax, create, or discover Sardinia. We share meals and experiences: here you are not just a volunteer, but part of a small community. We are looking for open-minded, respectful people interested in a real, non-touristic experience.
  
  
  Siamo una fattoria tipica della Sardegna, situata in una zona tranquilla e immersa nella natura. Viviamo seguendo i ritmi naturali, lontano dal caos, dando valore alla libertà, al rispetto e allo scambio culturale autentico. Non svolgiamo attività a scopo di lucro: la fattoria non è un’attività commerciale.
  La vita in fattoria comprende attività semplici e varie, a seconda della stagione: giardinaggio, piccoli lavori agricoli, manutenzione e progetti creativi. Non ci sono pressioni o orari rigidi: la comunicazione è aperta e ognuno contribuisce secondo le proprie capacità.
  Dopo le attività, il tempo è libero per esplorare, riposarsi, creare o scoprire la Sardegna. Condividiamo i pasti e le esperienze: qui non sei solo un volontario, ma parte di una piccola comunità. Cerchiamo persone aperte, rispettose e interessate a vivere un’esperienza reale, non turistica.

  We offer an authentic cultural exchange on a traditional farm in Sardinia, based on daily life and sharing. Living together, volunteers discover a simple way of life, in touch with nature and local rhythms. We strive to be as self-sufficient as possible, producing part of our own food and managing resources consciously. Exchange occurs naturally through shared meals, conversation, daily work, and the exchange of different cultures. Volunteers also have free time to explore the area, connect with the local community, or simply relax. It's not a tourist experience, but a genuine human exchange, based on respect, simplicity, and freedom.
  
  
  Offriamo uno scambio culturale autentico in una fattoria tradizionale in Sardegna, basato sulla vita quotidiana e sulla condivisione. Vivendo insieme, i volontari scoprono un modo di vivere semplice, a contatto con la natura e i ritmi locali.
  Cerchiamo di essere il più possibile autosufficienti, producendo parte del nostro cibo e gestendo le risorse in modo consapevole. Lo scambio avviene naturalmente attraverso i pasti condivisi, il dialogo, il lavoro quotidiano e il confronto tra culture diverse.
  I volontari hanno anche tempo libero per esplorare la zona, entrare in contatto con la comunità locale o rilassarsi. Non è un’esperienza turistica, ma uno scambio umano reale, basato su rispetto, semplicità e libertà.

  Help

  Activities are simple and vary over time. They may include: light help in the garden and vegetable patch, assistance with farm tasks, cleaning and organising spaces, and small creative or craft projects. Activities typically take up a few hours a day. The rest of the time is free to relax, explore nature, visit the beaches, read, or simply enjoy the tranquility of the location.
  
  Le attività sono semplici e variano nel tempo. Possono includere:
  lavori leggeri in giardino e nell’orto
  aiuto nella manutenzione della fattoria
  pulizia e organizzazione degli spazi
  piccoli progetti creativi o manuali
  In genere le attività occupano alcune ore al giorno. Il resto del tempo è libero per rilassarsi, esplorare la natura, visitare le spiagge, leggere o semplicemente godersi la tranquillità del luogo.

  Accommodation

  We have a shared dormitory, a double room, and a triple room. During the summer, when the weather is warm, tents are also available, with mattresses and bed linens provided. We serve three meals a day, with simple, home-cooked food. We welcome vegetarians, vegans, and other dietary needs, if communicated in advance. We use farm produce, supplemented with purchased food. We often cook together as a shared experience.

  Durante il periodo estivo, quando il clima è caldo, sono disponibili anche soluzioni in tenda, con materasso e biancheria da letto forniti.
  
  Offriamo tre pasti al giorno, con cibo semplice e cucinato in casa. Accogliamo vegetariani, vegani e altre esigenze alimentari, se comunicate in anticipo. Utilizziamo prodotti della fattoria, integrati con alimenti acquistati. Cuciniamo spesso insieme, come momento di condivisione.

  What else ...

  The Supramonte mountain is nearby, about a 20-minute walk away. The bus stop is a 10-minute walk away, with buses leaving every hour to Cala Gonone or Nuoro. There are plenty of places to explore in the surrounding area, which you can explore in your free time once you're here.
  
  
  Nelle vicinanze si trova il monte Supramonte, a circa 20 minuti a piedi. La fermata dell’autobus è a 10 minuti a piedi e ci sono corse ogni ora verso Cala Gonone o Nuoro. Nei dintorni ci sono moltissimi luoghi da esplorare, che potrai scoprire nel tuo tempo libero una volta arrivato qui.
