    A little bit about us:

We are a warm and easy-going family who absolutely love life outdoors, animals and the little things that make life special.
Interaction with you will be part of everyday life. We will regularly have meals together, chat, share experiences and involve you in activities around the ranch when you are interested. But there will be no obligation- we also value privacy and independent time. We simply want you to feel welcome, comfortable and included during your stay.

We are lucky enough to live in a beautiful place surrounded by nature.
Our home and property are completely private. We do not run a business from here: the land and horses are part of our private life and hobbies.

We are looking for help with the garden, pruning trees, remove weeds, trimming hedges and getting everything in order for winter time.

There are also some projects available like painting the stables and "building" improvements for the horses area outside.

And we always love to get some help with the horses in general.
If you are an experienced rider you also have the opportunity to ride or/and join us on trail rides.

    Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

For us, workaway is about more than simply exchange a few hours of help for accommodation. We see it as a genuine cultural exchange, getting to know each others way of life, traditions and food, stories and experiences.
We would love to learn you more about the Dutch culture. You will experience our daily life and depending on the season we welcome you to Dutch celebrations, local events, markets and typical Dutch activities.
At the same time we love learning about your culture, making it a real exchange for both sides.

During your stay with us, you can learn many practical and hands-on skills. You will become familiar with caring for horses if you like. You can also learn about gardening and help outdoors in nature. Depending on your interests we are happy to share our knowledge about Western riding and the Western lifestyle as well.

Are you looking for a place where you can escape the busy world, enjoy nature and get your hands a little dirty? Then you might have just found the right place!

We live in a beautiful, peaceful spot surrounded by nature, where life is a little slower and the views never get boring. Our home is surrounded by a large garden and we are also lucky enough to share our place with horses and ponies. 🐴🤎

We are looking for enthusiastic Workawayers who enjoy being outdoors and don’t mind rolling up their sleeves. There is always something to do around here! Think of pruning trees and bushes, removing weeds, tidying and maintaining the garden and helping keep everything looking beautiful. 🌱🌳

Our horses and ponies also need some helping hands from time to time. This can include simple care tasks and, for example, cleaning the paddocks and keeping their surroundings tidy. Of course, horse lovers are especially welcome! 🐎

But we don’t just offer a place to work…

After a day outside, you can retreat to your own little private bungalow. It is super cute, cosy and wonderfully nostalgic — a little place of your own where you can relax, read a book, enjoy a drink or simply listen to the sounds of nature. 🏡✨

We welcome you to share dinner with us during week days, for the other moments we will provide groceries.

We hope to find people who are friendly, reliable, independent and genuinely enjoy being outside. You don’t need to be a professional gardener or horse expert — a positive attitude, willingness to learn and a good pair of hands are much more important.

If you love nature, animals, outdoor life and the idea of experiencing something a little different, we’d love to hear from you.

Come for the adventure, stay for the peace, the ponies and the beautiful surroundings. 🤎🌿🐴

Maybe your next little escape is waiting for you here…

Shared evening meals during weekdays. We will provide groceries for the other moments.
