    Description

Come and visit the oldest rainforest in the world, I can be your guide.
Accommodation, camper vans, tents, welcome, or I have an open under cover room out back with a net over the queen size bed and an open fire place.
I cook basic meals! But if you have a food preference I can provide the food and you can help me cook it.
I don’t share my WiFi, I’ve been hacked too many times, but you can get Telstra here or there is mobile service not far away.
We live with stand alone power systems in the Daintree so NO hairdryers, or anything that draws a lot of electricity.
For some days of good work I can provide a boating adventure on the Daintree river, croc spotting or fishing and crabbing, or just chilling out on the water, but you must do some work for this to happen, there are also nature walks provided by national parks.
If you have a van or car I can get you over the Daintree river ferry for free.
The work may consist of anything from watering the garden, putting out weeds, dragging branches, maybe a little house cleaning or assisting me doing projects and property maintenance.
I will NOT place anyone into a potentially dangerous position or situation!!!
It is advisable to have at least one week or more in visiting the Daintree there is a lot to explore here!
I have some PP work clothing for some who don’t have much work clothing.
I hope this profile is enough information to answer most of your questions.
How to get here, if you don’t have a car or vehicle !Contact ( Trans North ). Cairns to Cooktown,, Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
I forgot to mention I have a beautiful (Australian Blue heeler) that is friendly with everyone.
If you call or text my mobile phone, please state who you are or I may not respond.
    Thank you.
    Gaz.
