Hi, I’m Machteld and I live on the Veluwe in the Netherlands. It is really beautiful here. Beside the nice countryside we are about one hour from Amsterdam en surrounded by lovely little towns. So there is enough nature and culture
I can offer a nice place to stay and good food. I live with my daughter (11 ) and a couple of cats. -

I need help outdoor (do some gardening, building a new gate, mowing the grass, etc.) and indoor (housekeeping, carpentry, painting, etc). I will help to start or give instructions and after that you continue on your own. Beside the holidays I have a job and my daughter goes to school. This means you are on your own.

There is public transportation and when the car is available you can use our car. House rules: just clean up your own mess. No smoking please. We offer a place for people who like to stay for a week or so with a maximum stay around a month.

Machteld was always very flexible in the working hours. We sometimes worked together and sometimes I worked by myself. I had the freedom of choosing what I prefered doing on a certain day.
