Description
We are a retired couple , living on the edge of Le Loir river , with a beautiful view of our village's castle . We have a water mill , a garden of flowers , a vegetables garden and orchard , a spacious yard along the river and several annex buildings.
Our village is 2 hours from Paris and 30 minutes from Angers . Nearby you will have the opportunity to walk along the river , explore our town and its castle , as well as nearby forests accessible with our bicycles . You will also be able to boat on the river with our 2 boats and a canoe, and you can fish too.
We are looking for people of good character , who are willing and happy to help us with our project ,and who prefer to do things right and with attention to detail .
Quiet evenings and dinners along the river during summer .

Xavier and Mary live in a wonderful house! They gave me very warm welcome. I spent a week with them and was kept busy sewing which was very enjoyable and the time raced by. very good food and good fun. Bien que ayant déclaré être non fumeur Inez fumait dans le logement et a mis le feu dans une poubelle , ce qui a fait éclaté le carrelage de la terrasse et obligé à des travaux de maçonnerie .

I came to this place to stay 2 weeks but stayed 7 instead. Jocelyne and Jean-Claude very nice and helpful people, it is nice to be around them. The town is small and nice French, maybe there is not much things to do for long terms in it but there is always nice places to visit around the Pays de Loire and they will help you to do some visits… read more
