Description
I live by the name Tony. It’s a name I carry in honor of my grandfather. For me, it represents living with true love. Something he embodied in a very simple, genuine way. I try to bring that same warmth and openness into the way I travel, work, and connect with people.
I’m a psychomotor therapist who accidentally turned life into a three-year ongoing journey. Somewhere along the way I stopped asking, “What should I do?” and started asking, “What feels alive?”
For the past three years I’ve been traveling slowly - curiously, sometimes chaotically - learning how to actually enjoy life instead of rushing through it. I’ve been collecting moments more than plans. Traveling has been my biggest teacher; it keeps humbling me, stretching me, softening me.
Along the way I’ve built campervans, worked as a cook, been a dog sledding guide, helped out in hostels, taught English and yoga, and said yes to many things that were slightly outside my comfort zone (which is secretly my favorite zone). I love being useful. I love learning by doing. I love figuring things out together.
Surfing, climbing, hitchhiking, bikepacking; anything that feels a little adventurous and a little uncertain tends to make me smile. I enjoy working with my hands, moving my body, and being part of a team that shares laughs while getting things done.
Mostly, I’m someone practicing being fully alive.
And enjoying it.

More details about your skills
I have studies psychomotor therapy. After finishing university I worked at several places with al kind of mental and physical illnesses and therapy methods. I am also self employed.
My urge to travel was born when I was 14. I went to school in the UK, Spain and Germany when I was in high school and university.
I think am a hard working self reflecting woman who had a big desire to learn everything. Actually sometime I wish I was already able to do everything. That desire could come together with a feeling of insecurity. Most of time this feeling is the fuel to the urge to learn, do and go out of my comfort zone.
I think the study I did and the experience I have resulted in a developing of a couple of skills. Such as: observing, helping other, asking for help, self-awareness and empathic ability.
If I feel that my skills are not enough for a task I am asked to do, I ll directly tell and be honest about my boundaries and abilities.
I like working outdoors, in cooperation or alone, with human or animals; as long as the working ethics are satisfied, I am as well.
