Description
Hi I am an outdoors enthusiast who came to Spain 15 years ago for climbing and surfing. I have bought a 5 bedroom room house with 2 acres of land and im working on it and plan to open a retreat centre for well being and spiritual practice.. I plan to be teaching courses in Meditation, conscious connected breath work, cold water immersion (Wim Hoff), stand up paddle boarding, shiatsu, mountain biking and other modalities. I hope to have it ready fro guests in September.

Projects I will be working on will be gardening, land scanning, developing the stream for a plunge pool and waterfall, painting around the house, making a yoga deck and some platforms for tents. I want to create a place where people of similar intentions can come together and learn tools for greater mastery and evolve their consciousness in their life and learn to find calm and clarity. Where they can make great friends, study together, share together serve a greater purpose.

Interaction with local community, learn about Spain and the local community. Depending on my time and availability Im happy to share my knowledge of the healing arts such as breath work and cold water immersion. there may be time to show you some interesting things in the area if I have free time after projects it just depends how busy things are.

Gardening, some knowledge of permaculture would be a great bonus, DIY projects building a stone wall and a meditation waterfall area, landscaping etc.

I spent a bit less than 2 weeks with Neil. The days flew by without noticing. The working shifts were filled with maintanance and gardening tasks.
