Description
I'm Aaron, and I run a hostel in the heart of George Town, Penang. We currently have a team of three, including myself as the hostel manager, alongside our housekeeping and reception staff.
While I have extensive experience in the hospitality industry, I don't have the capacity to handle everything alone. I'm looking for some extra helping hands to keep things running smoothly and create a great atmosphere.
We are seeking volunteers who can stay for a minimum of two weeks to help mainly with reception duties, socializing with guests, and general tasks around the house. We also love welcoming artists and musicians who can bring some creative energy and make our space feel even cozier! -

I'm Aaron, running a hostel in the heart of George Town, Penang. We are a small team of three (myself as manager, plus our housekeeping and reception staff). I have plenty of hospitality experience, but I need some extra hands to keep everything running smoothly!
What We’re Looking For:
Commitment: Minimum stay of 2 weeks.
Main Tasks: Reception duties, socializing with guests, and helping out around the hostel.
Bonus: We love welcoming artists and musicians who can add a cozy, creative vibe to the space!

I spent 2 week here and I would rate it 5/5. The hostel itself is relaxing, clean and chill. I met and talked to a lot of people there and made friends with some as well. We had really a wonderful experience!!! We strongly reccomend this hostel to everyone!!! The place was amazing, clean and tidy. A lot of activities are going on every day. The people we met (staff and costumers) were special for us, we ended up having a lot of new friends!!!❤️❤️❤️
