i have been traveling and volunteering in europe and Japan.helping with renovations, painting, animals. Usually i stay for a week and possibly extending.

Description

Hi im Lars, i live slow but travel far. I've done a lot of studying; economics, history and philosophy, which apparently makes me unsuitable for any well paid jobs. Luckily i don't mind volunteering, working for free and getting a lot to experience in return.
I've helped with renovations, building a roof, painting, taking care of animals, and various handyman jobs.

you know you have found a good place when you keep extending your stay. it was hard to leave this cool spot with the relaxed atmosphere, super nice people and the surfing. the area was already one of my favorite spots in portugal and even more so now. thanks and hope to come again!

Sometimes you are at a place just doing the things that need to be done but later when you look back you realize how special it was. Here i already realized that this was such a place while i was still there. I stayed only two weeks, but got to experience much of the lifestyle. It would be great to come back in another season.. and make some shoes!
