Cultural exchange and learning opportunities
You will be sharing the house with Josh and me, which means you’ll experience a great mix of North American and Scandinavian culture. The Nicaraguan culture will come naturally, as at the hotel and restaurant you’ll be surrounded by our amazing local team and guests from the area.
We both work at the hotel and restaurant every day during the week. Our busiest days are Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, when we are there full-time – which also gives you the chance to enjoy some alone time, or spend the day at the beach if our schedules align. We will both be your daily mentors, guiding and supporting you, and making sure you always feel comfortable. You’ll be a bit “under my wings,” as I’ll be right by your side, helping as much as I can. I’m also eager to learn more about social media, so I think we can share knowledge and learn from each other.
The area offers plenty of activities: surfing (of course!), yoga, pilates, horseback riding, natural tide pools, and even co-working communities. We live among travelers and digital nomads, so there will always be things to do and people to meet. And don’t worry – we’re 100% here to help you make the most of your stay.

In this area, power cuts are quite common. Luckily, at our house we recently installed solar panels, so we always have electricity. Here at the hotel and restaurant, we also have a large generator that automatically kicks in whenever the power decides to take a break.

Can possibly accept pets
if you have a cut dog we would not mind it, but lets talk about that :)
