  • Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

    Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

Life here is simple but rich. Volunteers share meals, stories, and laughter with our small farm team and nearby community. We can teach you about permaculture, tropical crops, natural wellness, and sustainable living. In return, we love learning from different cultures, new skills, and ideas that volunteers bring with them. Together we build connections, exchange knowledge, and create a meaningful experience in the heart of Nicaragua.

  • Help

    Help

You’ll join us in daily farm life: preparing soil, planting, harvesting, caring for moringa, turmeric, pitaya and more. We’ll work together in the mornings, sharing skills in permaculture, natural building, and sustainable living. Afternoons are free for rest, creativity, or exploring. This is hands-on learning and an exchange of knowledge, ideal if you’re curious, proactive, and ready to live close to nature

    Accommodation

You’ll stay in a clean shared house (2 double beds/ 1 bathroom/1 Kitchen/1 dinning Room/ 1 terrace) with basic comforts, surrounded by nature. Beds and bedding are provided. From the farm, we provide seasonal fruits, vegetables, moringa, and fresh eggs from our chickens. A small kitchen is available so you can cook your own meals. Volunteers often enjoy preparing and sharing food together, making meals part of the community experience.

  • What else ...

    What else ...

In your free time, you can hike to nearby waterfalls, explore the village, ride horses, or relax at surf beaches just 20 minutes away. Local buses (on the main road at 7km) and taxis connect from the nearest town, though transport is simple. Please note: there is no internet or phone signal on site—3G is available after a 15-minute hike. Life here is peaceful and off-grid, so we ask for mindfulness, cooperation, and respect for nature and community.
