    Description

    Our farmhouse offers self catering rural holiday accommodation in Andalucia, one hour from Malaga and 7 kms from the beautiful hilltop village of Comares.
    My wife and I together with our dog Tommy live in the main part of the house and rent the self contained holiday studio by the week in the holiday season between March and October.
    We are looking for some help from approx March, April 2022
    ****Ability to build a simple website would be helpful.****
    Couples are preferred for this period.
    No children and no pets.

    They could practise Spanish, they could learn about the land and what is produced in this area, almonds, olives, lemons. mangoes, avocados, etc. Could do hiking and walking in the Montes de Malaga area, where we are. etc. and learn a bit of history in this part of Andalucia.

    On the land and garden together with house painting and light maintenance, DIY, etc. Fit and able bodied persons of both sexes will be considered. Approx 20 - 25 hours a week. Flexible. Weekends off. Couples welcome.

    The accommodation can be viewed with a number of photographs on the websites. It is totally self contained studio with a double bed, en suite shower room, small kitchen with microwave, hob and fridge.Washing machine. TV with English channels. DVD player. WiFi. Dining table and chairs. Seating area in adjacent private terrace. Own parking space.
    The Farmhouse is located on the edge of the Montes de Malaga National Park. Comares hilltop village is 7 kms. Airport collection from Malaga or Torre del Mar bus station is possible ( during the day).

    We are a friendly and sociable couple who like to experience having different visitors at our home to help with the maintenance work and gardening. Often Carl works alongside our helpers and just needs an extra pair of hands. We are respectful of each others privacy when not working, however we often find the time to exchange conversation and sometimes share a meal together.

    We welcome couples with camper vans ( we have one ourselves) but please note that our farmhouse is located on a dirt farm track. Please ask us if you are interested in staying with us. There is parking for a small camper van outside the studio. And ample parking if you have a 4x4 version.
