Description
This is our little country house in the forest outside of Itri. We like to host our family, friends and volunteers to help us regenerate the land and build community. We love to share good food, wine and stories, learn from each other and enjoy the slow country life.
We are building up our resilience through network building and regenerating the forest surrounding the house. If you want to learn new skills and get some hands-on experience this is the place for you.
We will host you in confortable tents in the forest (with real mattresses and bedding) :) -

I'm Giorgio and I work in an adventure park (it's 15km away), you can visit it.
I learned many things about the plants and people there and would love to share my experiences.
In the community there is Katy , my girlfriend, passionate about travels and cooking. And there is also Julian a funny brasilian guy who live here as a resident. -
Help
We are looking for people who can help us clean the forest, cut the grass and take care of the place in view of the next events of the season ( we often organize Pizza Night).
There is a lot of different type of tasks to do around the house and the forest. Working with the olive trees, in the vegetable garden, imagining and arranging new spaces, cooking for everyone and daily chores as well, obviously. We update a digital to do list and you can choose your task!
We are looking for artists to help with murals, signage and making beautiful foraging guides. Our work regenerating the forest will include clearing invasive species and the paths, making stairs and building a giant treenet.
We also need help with our social media and website so if you have a nice camera or are an IT professional we'd love your help. -

Accommodation
ALL MEALS ARE PROVIDED
With my work I don't always have time to cook, so if the workaways can take care of it that'd be a huge help for me, if you need anything I go through town often, and we can arrange.
We love to experience other people's cuisines if you want to share some of your recipes or delicacies (meats, sauces, spices) from home we will share ours.
We have a range of tents around the property that are furnished with real mattresses and all bedding. The weather is generally pretty great for camping and we have space for vans too.
There is a hot shower and toilet, dry toilet in the forest and a full kitchen outside for the workaways. -
What else ...
We are 10 km from the first town, if you don't have a car we can arrange a ride from the train station because there is no bus to get to the house. There are lots of beaches, caves, hikes and walls to climb in the area for your days off.
We often go to town so we can always arrange a ride if you need. We are a short train ride to Napoli and Roma, Sperlonga and Gaeta are a short drive with some stunning beaches and food. -

Responsible dog owners are ok. If your dog does not come when called it needs to be on a leash, we expect you to look for and properly burry their waste.

Doing little construction works and a lot of gardening,
