Hello everyone! My name is Misha, or Michel. I'm studying graphic design online. My goal in life is to explore this incredible world, embrace different cultures, and meet people from all over the world. The aesthetics of the world around me are important to me. Experience: I worked as an administrator in a dance studio for 5 years, managing client and group communications, creating social media posters and printed materials, monitoring and maintaining order in the studio, hosting and assisting with event planning, managing and operating a computer, and maintaining a cash register. I was also part of a dance team until 4 years, teaching contemporary dance to children and teenagers for a year and conducting master classes as a guest speaker. I've also been hiking for 5 years with friends for extended periods. I worked in the food service industry for 8 years as a department manager, covering two areas: people and production, with significant responsibility for both guests and staff. Providing the best service, monitoring and ensuring safety. People: scheduling, managing personal files for each employee, organizing events, processing applications and conducting interviews, hiring decisions, providing high-quality training and career development. Production: conducting weekly and monthly inspections, servicing and monitoring preventive maintenance of technological equipment. Ensuring safe food preparation in accordance with all company standards. Training experience: I began my education in computer systems programming, completing two years. I realized that a creative path was more my style and switched to graphic design (online learning).
